Clean, modern, friendly hosts, comfortable, quiet, excellent nights sleep and a good breakfast. What more can I say apart from I will be trying to book again next time I need accommodation in Aberdeen.

This will be my third stay at Dunnydeer & is beginning to feel like my second home. Very cosy & comfortable. Made very welcome. Any choice of breakfast no problem. Rooms very comfy & clean. Always plenty of stock of toiletries n nice white fluffy towels. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I have stayed here often in the last 5 years and it is first class. Barbara is an excellent host and nothing is to much trouble. I'm sure I've stayed in every room now and each one is just as comfortable as the other. A real home from home. Thank you Barbara.

Stayed here for five nights, and it was really good. Excellent breakfast every morning, and a very friendly atmosphere. Everything about the place was good, and I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Aberdeen.

Stayed here whilst on a course at Robert Gordon university. Very pleasant. A bit of a walk into town/uni- about 45 mins and only one restaurant in immediate vicinity.

Barbera (owner) made my family, friends and I feel very welcome. Our rooms were high end decor and facilities without the high end price, very comfy bed! Gran cooked breakfast, delicious. Friendly, relaxed and such a beautiful property in an excellent leafy location close to town. 100% definitely recommend to one and all.
