A fine serviced apartment. Confortable living room and bed. WiFi was intermittent bit management doid goodto get it up and running again. Good sized TV. I would change out the coconut matt type carpets in the apartment- those that are present are very hard on bare feet and not at all welcoming. OPverall a good place to stay.

Our apartment was spacious and oh so comfortable! The bath tub was indeed deep for soaking ones weary bones. Everything was furnished even a washer/dryer. The bed was quite comfortable. There was a brief bout of noise coming from some rowdy boys but no problems. There is key pad entry so checking in and out was a breeze. The apartment is... More

Well located, close to shops and restaurants, well furnished, able to work when not out at meetings, reasonable price for Aberdeen, quiet and had everything I needed. Biggest disappointment was coffee sachets were Nescafé, but better than nothing. Will now be my first option whenever I am in Aberdeen again.

Hotels are rarely reviewed for their beds and let's be honest no matter how swanky a hotel is its the sleep your paying for. I found city wharf by accident and what a happy accident this was. I woke up from my first nights sleep feeling wonderful. And now after a weeks business trip I feel I have had a... More

I have been staying with these guys for nearly 18months. During this time myself and my colleagues have been looked after extremely well and nothing has been too much trouble. The apartments are functional, spacious and clean offering exceptional value for money in the city centre.

1st apartment didn't have hot water so had to move across the city to regent quay after a few hours of being in the apartment, when i arrived there was no parking at all which was disappointing because parking was a big factor in me picking this apartment over others. The wifi was also very intermittent in the regent quay... More

We are so sorry for the problem that you had in the first apartment. There was an intermittent fault on the boiler that we thought was fixed (several times). We have arranged a replacement boiler for these apartments, which should fix the problem. I’m also sorry that our Regent Quay apartments only have on street parking or an NCP car... More

The apartment was small but clean and safe. Unfortunately it was next to two pubs and opposite a working dockyard. The pub patrons were roudy. The decor in the lounge was dated. Wifi was available but parking was only available a few streets away if you could get it and pay for it. The traffic wardens were vigilant.. We had... More

I stayed at City Wharf 31a Springbank Terrace last weekend. It was a nice little apartment, well appointed with comfortable beds. We were very disappointed though to find that there was no hot water in the morning so showers were out, there were three blown bulbs in the lights, and the soft furnishings smelled of cigarette smoke. A bit more... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that you had some problems during your stay. I cannot explain the lack of hot water in the morning as the 3 apartments in this building share a 300 litre pressurised hot water tank that is heated by a gas boiler with 3 electric immersion heaters that... Despite the fact I didn't read my email confirmation to say I should call at least 48 hours in advance, I was sent accomodation details by text by the company to let me know where I was staying, how to get in to the apartment and the wifi code. The apartment was perfect for me, my wife and 2 young... More

Home from home, we often stay here and the kids love it. Great location with a very short walk to the restaurants, shops etc. Railway station and Aberdeen ferry terminal both within walking distance. Great welcome pack with everything you will need including breakfast. very helpful customer service. We will be back
