clean but very shabby (I had a hole in the bedroom wall). Very cold & no hairdryer. Not allowed to use bath and toilet roll was on a shelf! Need I say more more

Great location - 100 yards from a beautiful park and indoor gardens (Douthie Park), bus stop right out front (but a quiet, residential stop), spotless room in a very quaint, small hotel. Found it very difficult to get a hotel room in Aberdeen so this hotel was a last resort and we were not expecting a great stay. We were wrong and got a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is small - 10 rooms and it appears to be a converted from residential houses. We had a beautiful room at the top... more

This is a lovely hotel. Rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The food served in the restaurant is lovely and a good choice is available. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Good atmosphere in the bar which is used by residents and locals. Have stayed here twice and was very impressed on both occasions. more
