Hi, Had a nice room after free upgrade, however night porter very rude and unhelpful. Horrendous early morning noise from ther guests. On complaining nothing happened, noise continued for 3 hrs. Stayed here for one night in January. Its a little bit out of town but probably 15 minutes by taxi or half an hour by bus. Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in within Scotland. Very clean and the bathroom in particular was impressive. Staff friendly and the food was good. Overall, I would recommend it. more
