Stayed here recently for one night. The room was clean and had everything I required. Room was paid for by employer so can't comment on price, and never ate here either. However was given a discount voucher for money off any meal in the restaurant downstairs. Good location for train station and shopping.

I absolutely love this little gem! I booked it as a last resort but my goodness what a treat! It's so quirky and friendly. The theme is such good fun. I'd stay again anytime. I had posh fish and chips which was delicious and very filling! Highly recommended!

I paid almost £400 to stay in this absolute dump for 4 nights. First of all I got there on a Sunday night and it was pouring with rain the receptionist was missing for around 15 mins before she checked me into my room. Then I went for tea in the restraunt to be told the restraunt was closed. Would... More

this hotel was everything we were looking for. If a night out in town is what you are after with no car it is ideal. We knew there was no car park as it is advertised as such so i dont know how folk can complain about it ! We were upgraded to a suite and had a great view... More

I booked an executive suite for the night and threw a party in the room. It was slightly smaller than I'd expected but still good, the en suite was enormous! Overall clean and comfortable throughout the entire hotel however we found the mattress to be a little hard. Staff were very helpful and friendly, no problems at all

I'm disabled. Getting past the drunks loitering at the front door and struggling up the stair (this "hotel" has no lift) with heavy luggage to the scruffy, first-floor reception cubbyhole was a nightmare. But that was just the beginning. There was no running water: no shower, taps or toilet flushing for the first night and no gas in the kitchen... More

I understand why some reviews are good and others are bad. I feel the same. It all started very wrong for my stay. Firstly, there's nowhere to park. So I ended up parking in the railway station. Then, there's the front of the hotel which has an entrance that looks like there's a barrier across it. That turns out to... More

I arrived at 21:05; 21:10, by the time I had checked-in, but no food available, after 21:00. One of the two round, fluorescent ceiling lights, was continually flickering, and also making a noise, which made it impossible for me to do any paperwork, or reading. The night porter was unhelpful, and merely shrugged. They wanted to charge me £10 for... More

I got in quite late via train and upon entering the hotel, I was immediately given the key to my room. After dropping off my luggage, I went to the bar/Restaurant downstairs. It was loud, but it was a Friday night. I had a pint and went back to my room. The room was smallish, but £74.00 for two nights... More

Stayed mid week for work in July. Aberdeen is notoriously expensive for hotels due to the Oil Rigs and general need for rooms. Almost verging on London prices. Any room for me that is £100+ will be rated more harshly. Had this room been £65 I may have been more generous. The room was small to average, no access to... More
