Stayed one night and have been in worse. Was there for business, yes the room could be better but it did the job and for one night couldn't complain. Great Scottish breakfast.

A first for me with this hotel - I had to prepay for the full stay but checked out early anyway and lost the cost of three nights' accommodation by doing so. Had I been aware of the facilities in the rooms and in the hotel in general I would not have stayed there. No telephone in the rooms, no...

I stayed one night and chose the Hotel for its location - being near my office. I paid for an executive room. I am not sure what was executive about it, but i dread to think what the standard rooms were like. The room was very noisy. Cold - heated mainly by an electric heater obviously put into the room...

The hotel is conveniently located by the harbour in Aberdeen, close to the train and bus station. While the hotel has a confusing entrance and the reception service is mediocre, the comfort of the room improves the overall impression. Lack of free Wi-Fi does not. We left too early to try the breakfast. In conclusion, a decent not-too-expensive comfortable hotel...

I stay in Aberdeen regularly for business, I shall not be staying at this hotel again.
On arrival, all guests are required to prepay for their rooms I fear this is because when you get to your room you would otherwise check out!
I was allocated room number 22, which had no heating, no hot water and a bathroom so...

The twin room was booked for me by a business colleague. The immediate impression as I climbed the stairs was that while at a glance it looked reasonably clean, all the edges and corners were best described as grubby and the place had not been properly cleaned for a long time. This was repeated in the room. The receptionist was...

My friends and I had a beautiful meal on Wednesday night at the Sopranos Bistro within this Hotel. The Hotel is attached but the Bistro is downstairs and is very tastefully decorated. The menu was really good and when a few of us ordered the chicken dish, we were told it would be 25 minutes for that course and did...

I can only describe this experience as pathetic. Food is advertised to sound grand and what appears is tiny portions and everything littered with rocket salad to 'beef' it up!
A 'tapas' dish was a slice of salami, a slice of Parma ham and lots of leaves !! Oh did I mention the two cubes of feta .. Hmmmm! Hardly...

booked this hotel as husband had business to attend on two days in the city so thought I would tag along and go shopping. This hotel is very well situated for shops/ trains/ buses being right across the road. The staff were friendly on arrival, there are a lot of steps with no elevator which wasn't really a problem for...

My husband and I booked into the Soprano St Magnus Court Hotel, Aberdeen. On arrival we had to pay for our room before we got keys, were not shown the way to our room so we had to go upstairs and find our way about. When entering the room it was freezing. There was an old heater but did not...
