I stayed at this hotel for four nights and found it just okay. Good points - My bedroom was on the 4th floor / attic and it was clean and comfortable. This hotel refused to give us the company discount we deserved, the staff could not be bothered to even help us with anything and seemed very unfriendly, the rooms weren't cleaned, the water was hardly even warm and they were supposed to giveus a discount on the parking which was 2 blocks away but they didnt. over all totally crap more

stayed in this hotel 3 times,hotel nice and clean staff v helpful but very noisy during the night if you happen to be put in a room above the wee lane on the corner called shiprow. There is a pub here a nightclub which opens till 3am and also a casino which opens till 5am and people are not quiet.... more
