- Simpsons Aberdeen

Popped in to have a coffee today but couldn't have one, or any hot drink due to a problem with the water supply. So, I had a sparkling water, which unbelievably was £2.
However, couldn't quite believe that Simpsons were STILL serving customers with food around me though as the toilets had no water to flush the loos or even...

This is a local for us, the bar service is always a bit slow but tonight it was non existent. Stood for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged by the two staff, two people then walked up to the bar and got served immediately, we left.
I recently spent a number of business day here after my company booked me into here.
On approach to the hotel you will notice some beautiful historical granite built homes

Stayed here 3 times on business. From the retro tv to terracotta wallpaper to old kettle, this place is just past it. Needs a face lift, soon!
I found the reception staff slightly aloof. I had walked from the station and probably looked as if I had been dragged through a hedge so don't know if this made a difference!! The hotel is located in a very smart part of Aberdeen around 10 minutes' taxi drive from the railway station.
Check in was fine - it could have been a shade friendlier. It was nearly 9 o'clock in the evening and we all, no doubt, had had a long day....

Stayed here a couple of times. Rooms arae always clean and well presented. Every room does look the same but they provide Molton Brown for the bathroom which is nice. Television connections to the network can be a little erratic and can't guarantee they'll always work but its only the television.
The hotel connects to the resturant/pub next door which...
