After checcking out of the gruby travelodge round the corner we managed to get a room here for £60, It was excellent. Service great, room perfect, Comfy and massive bed, aircon, variety of places to eat inside. Doesn't look great from outside but inside gorgeous, If I needed to stay in aberdeen again would definetly stay here. more

I have stayed here many a time with work and find the hotel clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly. The bar is reasonable (for a hotel), two pints will set you back just over 5 pounds. The food is pretty pricey though... The gym is very small and has very few machines etc. The pool is of a... more

I stayed here with my husband and daughter for 1 night whilst in town for WWE Event. We got a fantastic rate of £57.00 for the room (although this didn't include breakfast). The hotel looks a little dated from the outside but the decor in the main lobby and around the hotel is fresh and welcoming. Our room featured a... more

`It is a bit out of the town and it doesnt has the wow factor from outside but it looks very good inside. Stilish reception and lounge area, great restaurant and bar. The prices are afordable and the rooms very comfortable. I especialy liked the swimming pool, and the breakfast. Overall was very good value for money. I will definitely... more

The location is way out of town, but if you are passing through town and just need a place to stay for the night, this works well. Price is good, staff was friendly, food and bar are to Marriott standards. more

We booked this hotel using our Marriott Rewards points. The whole process was easy and totally painless. This was a stop on a tour we took of Scotland for part of our honeymoon. The location was easy to find and although it's near the airport, we did not hear any travel noise while we were in our room. When we... more

On arrival the exterior of this property does very little to draw you in; for those old enough (and probably British only) there is something very 'Crossroads Motel' about it and the patio windows overlooking the carpark (and swimmong pool - more of that later) further confuse the look. Once inside you are met my warm colours, upscale furnishings and... more

I recently wrote the Thistle Altens was the best hotel in Aberdeen. I would like to amend my comment. Beautiful, comfortable and spotless clean rooms. Looks tired outside but the inside is very elegant and has obviously recently refurbished. Amenities are great as well, with a modern bar, cosy sofas around the fireplace, great restaurant choice and a truly wonderful... more
