Checked in at about 20.00 before a trip offshore, this is my second stay here and less than impressed. Hotel is is blocks that are not clearly marked, had to walk round in cold, dark and rain looking for room which is very poorly marked. Room it's self serves it's purpose clean enough but at over 100 for b&bis a... More

Dear Ian Thanks for taking time to write a review of your recent stay, whilst there is little we can do with regards the external look of the hotel we shall certainly review the signage that we have to the outside blocks. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. More

We stayed for a 2 night break in this hotel after a stop off in Perth to take in a game at Pittodrie. First impressions were not good; the hotel looked dated with various terraced blocks for the rooms. On check in we found the receptionist quite cold on our arrival trying to charge me for the break that I... More

Stayed here before a check in to go Offshore. I checked in at 1130pm and the foreign girl that checked me in was very polite and helpful. I looked for my room which was somewhat difficult. The "block" that I was staying in was not well sign posted, nor was the room. The buildings I might add are less than... More

Dear Guest Thanks for your review of our facilities, im pleased that you were happy with the quality of your room and also with the service you received at check in. Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were on the first flight to London the following day. First impressions were of a dim, shabby and purely functional hotel aimed for in transit oil related workers. This also applied to the bedroom which was overdue a makeover particularly the bedding. We checked on arrival how to make arrangemnents for... More

Dear Guest Thank you for taking time to post a review here, I am obviously very disapointed to hear the comments that you have raised in relation to the our shuttle service, Not that i`m passing on the blame but the service you experienced in regards to the driver of the bus was through an external company that we utilise... The last time I stayed in this hotel was a couple of years ago. I didn't think much of it then, and sadly, it has not improved in my absence. The main problem with this hotel is the building itself. From the outside it looks more like a light industrial unit in an business park. My room was in one... More

Dear Guest Thanks for taking time to review our hotel here on trip advisor, As you can imagine it is difficult to inspire our guests when the facade of the building is so aged and need of some work. Hopefully we will have some update later in the year with what we are going to do with our hotel with... More

Good location for the airport, will cost you £10 for the taxi from airport to hotel. Rooms are big and spacious but and the beds are uncomfortable, also for £115 a night you would expect air conditioning of some description, instead of a radiator that they have total control over, thankfully I wasn't paying for this. The breakfast was excellent with... My husband & I were here for a works Christmas night out & I was very disappointed with the meal. When I saw the menu I thought this sounds great but the only thing I enjoyed was the soup. We booked for one night at the end of November and nearly drove off when we saw the outside as it looks pretty grim.
