As a recent widow, my first stay in a guest house alone made me anxious but the welcome I received on arrival and the friendliness of the other guests made it a very pleasant experience. My room was very nice and immaculately clean and the addition of a small fridge was most welcome for drinks. It had everything I needed and high praise for having a chair, mirror, light and plug in ONE place!!!! The breakfast was lovely and made to order. The sitting and dining rooms are beautiful. I was able to visit my friends with ease as a bus took me to the town centre in less than 10 mins. My car was hehind the house and the gate was locked at night. I will certainly stay there again. more
