I stay here 3 days a week and can't think of anywhere else I'd rather stay.. Welcoming from the minute you walk through the door.... I like room 6 as it's at the back so less noise. Francis could not be more helpful and gracious such a lovely woman,

I used the Guest House whilst on a course in Aberdeen. Great location only a few minutes walk from Union Street and 20 min drive to airport. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

If you do not like the large chains, which can be expensive in Aberdeen, but prefer a more homely setting, then this is a nice house in a central location. In the summer the garden is a lovely touch of colour in a grey city. I have stayed here often and the service is unobtrusive but helpful and the rooms... More

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The rooms are large, clean, warm and very well appointed. Nothing is too much trouble for Mrs Moore, who owns the establishment, constantly at hand when needed but unobtrusive when privacy is required. Thoroughly recommended.

Whenever we come to Aberdeen, we try to stay here. The location couldn't be handier nor the owner friendlier or more helpful. If you like the anonymous hotel chains, it's probably not for you, but if your preference is for a 'home from home' then this comes with the highest recommendation. Do book early - it's not the secret gem... More

It was not easy to find the adress, because the street names had changed. We were very lucky to get the last parking place in the street, but Francis was very helpful. It isn´t a hotel, really, but a good bed and breakfast location. The house is a few minutes away from Union street, where to find a lot of... More

I totally agree with Alex H from London that Roselea House is absolutely value for money: excellent breakfast - really substantial portion of porridge, good quality bread (with seeds in it!), everything you could wish for in a cooked breakfast, with a variety of spreads, yogurts, fruit, fruit juice, coffee or tea, etc: I have never experienced any stale kitchen... I chose this establishment as I had never stayed anywhere in Aberdeen previously and was apprehensive about ending up somewhere that would be memorable for all the wrong reasons. However, from the moment I arrived on the 3rd August, I need not have worried as this establishment turned out to be a good find and was worth the price of... More

In Aberdeen there are not many good choices so this is a really hard one The location is a busy street, in other words very hard to find and even harder to find a parking spot and it may be required for you to check around the surrounding blocks – parking permit provided by owner, it is surprisingly quiet at... This B&B is located near to the center of Aberdeen. As we had two rooms in the basement they were a little bit dim and tight but that was absolutely no problem. The breakfast was very good and there is a choice of scottish breakfast available in addition to cereals and fruits.
