We booked here because of all the good reviews and we always book through Trip Advisor anyway. Rooms very dim and a bit 'damp', smelling. The room could do with a freshen up along with some new towels and a good, thorough clean of the bathroom area - no body likes mold! Good location and the hosts were helpful with... More

Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Host very helpful in planning outings, knowledge of area was excellent. Close to Union Square Train Station - within walking distance. Lovely breakfast including fresh fruit, variety of cereal and delicious hot breakfast menu.

we stayed there for 3 nights in july. had booked the rooms a couple months before and the owner was so very kind and eager to help that made us to really look forward to stay there! it has the most colorful -if i can call it like that- entrance as it was the only garden there with so many... More

Stayed here for one night when I was in Aberdeen for graduation. This B&B is in a great location, as it's a short walk to union street and union square. The host Frances was very genuine and friendly, she made us feel at home. The rooms are a bit dated but a good size, comfortable and very clean. The bathrooms... More

During a business trip I spent one night in Roselea BB. This house is situated near the City Centre and the harbour of Aberdeen. My room was very comfortable with bath room and tv with many programs. The room was very cosy with a lot of space. The landlady is a very nice person who was much of assistance. I... More

I stay here 3 days a week and can't think of anywhere else I'd rather stay.. Welcoming from the minute you walk through the door.... I like room 6 as it's at the back so less noise. Francis could not be more helpful and gracious such a lovely woman,

I used the Guest House whilst on a course in Aberdeen. Great location only a few minutes walk from Union Street and 20 min drive to airport. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

If you do not like the large chains, which can be expensive in Aberdeen, but prefer a more homely setting, then this is a nice house in a central location. In the summer the garden is a lovely touch of colour in a grey city. I have stayed here often and the service is unobtrusive but helpful and the rooms... More

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The rooms are large, clean, warm and very well appointed. Nothing is too much trouble for Mrs Moore, who owns the establishment, constantly at hand when needed but unobtrusive when privacy is required. Thoroughly recommended.

Whenever we come to Aberdeen, we try to stay here. The location couldn't be handier nor the owner friendlier or more helpful. If you like the anonymous hotel chains, it's probably not for you, but if your preference is for a 'home from home' then this comes with the highest recommendation. Do book early - it's not the secret gem... More
