Great guesthouse to stay, affordable, clean, delicious Scottish breakfast. Ling was also a great host. She was willing to help with directions and general enquiries and very friendly. I would definitely love to go back when next I am in Aberdeen.

I really enjoyed staying in Springdale guest house. Very convenient place for those who studies in RGU. Every day I walked to RGU approx 25 minutes - enough time to think and make plans for the day in RGU and reflecting on the way back. Located far from crowded and always partying Union street is a good advantage, I believe.... More

I came up to Aberdeen for leisure purposes and spent a fantastic weekend taking in the sights and sounds of Aberdeenshire. The Guest House was the perfect warm and cosy retreat from the chill winds. Ling, the owner, went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are immaculate and the house is beautifully... More

Stayed with Ling Stirling at the Guest House and found all to be perfect. She is considerate land lady and her breakfasts are excellent. I had a large double room, ensuite and even though it was at the front of the house there was no noise heard from the main road. Wifi was good and I was able to do... More

I moved to Aberdeen for starting in a new job and spent almost 3 weeks in this B&B until I found a flat to live. Before arriving I was a bit concerned because it didn't have a webpage, but as soon as I arrived all my worries disappeared. It is located in a very nice area of the city and... More

I spent 4 days there in September 2013 and I found the Guest House very comfortable, clean, warm and affordable with an owner, Mrs Ling that welcomes you back from your day with genuine interest and without being in your face. The full English breakfast was something to look forward to each morning and with off street parking at the rear and... More

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner of the house is a warm~hearted lady. She cooked typical english breakfast and also delicious porridge for us. The house has a good location near to train station and is conveinient for travel in Aberdeen. It's one of the best guesthouses in Aberdeen, strongly suggested!

I went many times in this guesthouse and I found the owner Mrs. Ling very polite, clean and tidy. Nice rooms but a little cold due to insulation not very efficient, good breakfast with almost everything you desire. I think it's one of the best guesthouses in Aberdeen, strongly suggested!

The rooms were very clean apart from a little it of dust in higher places. The furniture in the room looked cheap, was falling apart and had seen better days. The sleep i had was very good and bed was comfortable but was disturbed sometimes due to the lack of en-suite and people going to the toilet at night. The... More
