1 - no heating (outside was -10c) we were given portable heaters but they turned them off during the day. 2- food on the floor that was the previous guests and it was still there 5days later. 3- no fresh towels during my 5 day stay. 4 - very old fashioned rooms 5- the rooms cleanliness was not of a... more
