This was the second Travelodge I'd been in within a week. Same flaws and same benefits. Plus points: Clean, tidy and staff in the Reception were really helpful. Minus points: Where did they find the woman on breakfast duty? Fawlty Towers? No hairdryer, iron or phone in the room. Come on! 2015? Next time Premier Inn.

Stayed here with my hubby for two nights, the hotel was clean and very comfy . The staff where very friendly especially Garbo who was on reception. The hotel is ideally situated near union street , a short walk to for to all the bars and restaurants. We had a lovely buffet style breakfast in the morning to set us... More

Arrived there and done a search on website to see how much it was on arrival and it was £19.00 each room cheaper than we booked it. So we challenged the receptionist who I must say very professional and courteous and could see where I was coming from. I asked for a manger and was given a central reservation number... More

This was one of the only 'reasonably' priced hotel in and around the Union Street area available at three days notice. Very functional, quiet & comfortable for a business trip. Good quality shower, although toilet a little cramped. Would use again for business, may be not for pleasure though. Never used the restaurant for breakfast as i had an early... More

After booking this hotel I read some reviews and have to say was feeling that maybe I had made a mistake. However, this hotel is a no frills place to stay in Aberdeen, It is beautifully clean and the staff, especially Julie and Kim, go out of their way to ensure fantastic customer service. It was my parents 60th wedding... More

The Hotel is a normal Travelodge the rooms have be refurbished nice décor but no storage space if you are staying one night it would be alright but if you are staying longer and had children with you you... We decided to have a Friday night in Aberdeen and this was perfect for us. Checked in after work, quick shower then a 10 minute walk down to Union Square. The room was comfortable (although the view from the window was the offices next door). Very comfortable beds and shower was good. Only negative was that there was only 1... More

No Locks in bathroom. The room temperature was hot so I had breathing problems. The service was pretty average because at times the receptionist was and was not there. There needs to be a receptionist at all times. Plus noice outside was quite bad due to the building work.

For the not inconsiderable sum of £139 per night (and it often costs more) I had the pleasure of two dirty cups, two dirty teaspoons, no TV remote and no shower gel in the dispenser. I cant recommend it.
