A brief note to thank you and your staff for an excellent stay at Norwood Hall which we both enjoyed over the last two days. From the original welcome by Lauren on reception to Craig the Concierge, Helen in the restaurant and in fact all your staff, we were treated royally and immediately felt at home. The room was first... More

We stayed at the Norwood for two nights this weekend for my sisters wedding. I would have ranked 5 out of 5 for everything had it not been for the price of drinks (soft and alcoholic) and food (fish and chips in a wee room - £15). That said, Margret and the team were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble... More

Was at this hotel for a wedding , Lovely hotel and grounds but they should be embarrassed what the charge for their drinks. My husband bought 7 drinks on arrival and was £42 then he realised he had forgotten my drink he went back to the bar and asked for a whisky (Grouse not even a Malt) and coke and... More

I surprised my wife with one night stay here in March '14. It is a relatively large hotel which caters for many weddings etc. On arrival we were informed we had been given a free upgrade from the 'Standard Double'. I presume this was to an 'Executive Double'. This said however the room (Room 9) was still relatively small. Probably... More

Stayed there as part of a wedding party over a two night stay. Room was immaculate, comfy beds and pristine bathroom. The staff were amazing, so helpful and nothing was a bother for them. Evening meal was lovely and breakfast was a feast. Top marks. Will definitely plan a return visit.

Pleasant hotel. Nice big rooms and free wifi. Room service is very good so is breakfast. Staff are very friendly. Close to a bus route in to Aberdeen city centre, very easy to get to. Nice little country hotel. No pool or fitness centre which would make it a little better.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family wedding. The hotel is set in a quiet location on the outskirts of Aberdeen. The original part of the hotel is of great historical interest and the extension to the hotel has been well thought out by Macdonalds as it blends in very well. The staff are very friendly... More
