I regularly stay at this hotel and I am never disappointed. The location is fantastic as 5 minutes walk from Union Street. It is clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful and I have never been disappointed with any meal I have had there. I would deifinately recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

The hotel is in a slightly incongruous position opposite a tower block. You would miss the entrance if a cab did not drop you outside. No way a 4* hotel, have stayed in much better 3*. Although hotel was clean, was in need of some tlc. Decor and furnishing very dated.Up graded to a club room, bath chipped, tv an antique, grubby louver wardrobes!! Very uncomfortable nights sleep, mattress past its best!! Hotel within walking distance from pubs, clubs etc.
