Stayed here for 2 nights and was delighted with it. Got a great deal on website. Room was very nice and also clean. Bathroom was a bit worn but still clean. Didn't have breakfast in the restaurant as it was £15.95 per head. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which runs every 10 mins and is £2... more

I heard that this hotel is being demolished and rebuilt, that's probably a good idea. It did the job ie provided a room adjascent to the AECC but that's about it. £150 per night for no leisure facilities, no air con in the room, no bottled water in the room, used glasses and coffee mugs left by housekeeping for 3... more

Hotels are expensive in Aberdeen and, although this one was a bit more expensive than the Holiday Inn Express next door, the rate included breakfast. I checked in at 9pm and the restaurant had closed for new orders but an extensive bar-snacks menu was available until 11pm. The bar-staff who took my order explained that it was just about to... more

My mother and I stayed here in a twin room for one night as part of a driving tour of Scotland. It is located in a suburb quite a long way north of the city, through LOTS of roundabouts, so if you are staying here and are unfamiliar with Aberdeen, just keep going - it's easy to spot so long... more

I spent a month staying in Aberdeen on business and, due to the shortage of hotel rooms here, I had to move hotels several times, so I got to compare a few. This Holiday Inn is located adjacent to the Exhibition Centre and is not conveniently located for anything else. However, a short bus, taxi or car journey gets you... more

Have stayed in this hotel several times this year after some bad experiences in aberdeen hotels and cannot see why it scores so far down the list. Have found it to be above average, good shower which is always a good start, breakfast and dinner excellent, bar a bit small but fine for a drink before dinner or before bed,... more

I stayed at this hotel for four nights at the beginning of June 2008 only because the accommodation I was staying in (Citywharf Apartments) couldn't accommodate me for the three weeks I was working in Aberdeen. The hotel was pretty much as I expected, unremarkable and just your average "business" hotel. It was comfortable enough but you got the impression... more

Only staying for one night after attending event next door in the AECC. It was ideal for what we wanted. Quick check in. Kept bar open late night after the event. Rooms are a bit dated but we only wanted to spend time in it to sleep not relax. more

This hotel caters almost exclusively for the Aberdeen Conference Centre itself, or for visitors to the nearby industrial estate. It is most expressly not intended for the leisure market or for stays of more than a couple of nights. The staff are the high point of the hotel, being friendly, helpful and engaging. The decor in the rooms and corridors... more
