This hotel has to be one of the worst experiences I have had, it was a throw back to the 1970's we arrived around 5.30pm there was 2 people checking in, and this seemed to take ages, when we finally got our key cards we went to the rooms to drop off our bags, we were on the 1st floor... More

I am currently staying at the Britannia hotel as I work offshore, I am due to check out tommorow morning and frankly that might as well be next month! The hotel is in a shocking condition and has been in this state for a very long time. I stayed at the Courtyard Marriot in Dyce last night for £109 and... More

Upon arrival I couldn't even be sure that I had arrived at a hotel. It looked more like a building site. The receptionist took a while to even acknowledge that we were standing waiting to be checked in. When she finally did things couldn't have been more unorganised. Finally arriving at the room I thought I had been teleported back... More

On 24th of September I paid for a three day New Year break at your Prestwick Country Club Hotel. On the 18th of November I was contacted by the booking agents and informed that the hotel had been closed for renovation and given a list of alternatives, all of which with the exception of one were in England. As this... More

This Hotel is like Fawlty Towers, staff walking out, temporary Managers, cold bedrooms, building work taking place. This is not a well-run hotel and the staff have a couldn't care less attitude and are not at all helpful.

I too stayed at the Brittania over New Year and without a doubt it was the worst hotel I have ever been in.The bar was dirty and full of old broken furniture,no lounge for residents to sit,the dining room far too small for the amount of people staying(Duvet covers used as tablecloths!).The promised festive entertainment was non existent and the...
