This hotel is never going to be beaten for being the worse hotel in Aberdeen or Scotland or even the whole of the united kingdom. I stayed here on business and can not think of one good thing to say about it. The best thing about this hotel is checking out as you can then go and book your counselling... More

This is the first bad review of a hotel I have ever left, and I have backpacked around hostels in Thailand. For £150pn I expected a lot lot more. The rooms where absolutely disgusting. Mould on the sink and bath. The shower hanging out the wall. Dirt on he walls. Disgusting stains on the carpets. Apart from the permanent things... More

There was building work going on when we arrived, which did not bother us during our stay. The reception staff could of been more welcoming but were not rude. Our room was spacious and most importantly clean, tea and coffee etc provided. Paid £90 which wasn't worth it, didn't include breakfast which I was very disappointed with. I think there... More

Made the booking for the hotel through 'booking.com' room looked clean and value for money and in a good location in the pictures on the web site. HOW WRONG COULD ONE BE!! When we arrived it was hard to tell if they were taking the building down or trying to tidy it up, it would appear we arrived during major... More

Unfortunately this hotel is in a really bad shape. Room was ok but not great, bathroom was yeah... just ok. The bed was itchy and the bathtub looked awful like it was a thousands years old. The worst was the breakfast, the eggs tasted like rubber and fat, even the coffee was horrible. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately the hotel was in a renovation phase but besides of that the whole building was in a terrible condition. The room was big and at least it looked clean. The bathroom was ok. The wall tape came down at several spots and of you're sensitive to noise you should avoid the hotel because the airplanes roar above the building.... More

Using a KGB deal for 2nights dinner, bed& breakfast we only stayed 1 night. It was SO bad! Leaving aside the hotel is quite shabby, our main complaint was with the staff, with a couple of exceptions they were lazy, could not care less, inefficient, rude. One male member of the restaurant staff was a complete ignoramus. the food was... More

Stayed here on business as there was nowhere else available. The whole hotel is run-down, dirty, and just in very poor condition inside and out. Rooms are large enough, but don't seem to have been decorated in recent years. Staff are pleasant though, which helps. Breakfast is the usual buffet style egg n bacon, with fairly poor quality ingredients. Tea... More

What terrible example of Scottish hotels. This place as indicated in other reviews should be demolished, it is run down, dirty from the entrance then throughout. On arrival we were allocated a " room" on the ground. This was an excuse for a room decor grubby bed sort of made up, was supposed to have t.v.( this did not work ) no... More

I am really surprised how run down this hotel is. My room was costing me over £200 per night and every part of the hotel was poor. It's such a shame that I have to write this review so negatively, as I never imagined I'd have to. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Only stay if you are... More
