Poor value for money. Staff were friendly on arrival but the customer service offered was of poor standard for the star rating. Customer service with minimal effort - no intention to ensure customer satisfaction.

Never even knew this hotel existed till friends told us about it. CONS The entrance isn't very inviting as you walk in there is a stairs leading to all floors. The first thing you would notice about Bauhaus is that its different. I stay in Aberdeen regularly but had never stayed here as stick to the larger ones. Got booked in here and was very pleasantly surprised. Offers something a bit different.....great staff, lovely breakfast and spotless room. Will be staying again.
