We booked 2 rooms here for 2 nights, 11th & 12th of January, and enjoyed our stay very much. Both rooms were large, comfortable, very clean, and great value. We had dinner in the restaraunt and the steak was excellent as was the service from the gentleman and young lady serving. Breakfast was included and was also excellent, as was... More

We had our third Morven Singers social evening in the form of a get together at Mariners Hotel. As there were to be almost 40 of us, they rearranged tables and gave us a menu with a wide choice...either 2 or 3 courses with coffee/ tea for a brilliant price. Service and charm abounds in this central hotel- ample parking-... More

Had seafood at the Atlantis restaurant in the hotel. The mussels were great along with the smoked haddock. Rice would be a better side order than chips!! The king prawns were OK! The sole can be recommended! Did not try the lobster, but they only had it for two persons

We had an excellent bar meal in Cape Horn Bar. Great service, outstanding fresh food and nice cosy atmosphere. The Cullen skink, fish pie and chilli was delicious. Good Specials menu board as well as the bar food menu. Lots of choice. 10/10! Recommend.

It's been one time since I was here for, but I can say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and sorry I haven't been in a while. The beers were good and food excellent. Some may say that the decor is a bit dated or tired, but in my opinion, I think this adds to the ambiance and gives the place... More

We have eaten on a number of occasions in the bar as we live locally. It seems to us of late the quality of the food is not as good as it used to be. The staff didn't seem very interested. I think we will have to look for another local plce to eat

A group of us stayed overnight at the Mariner, Aberdeen after travelling up for a rugby match. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating - first class. The hotel is well situated and has excellent parking facilities. Spotless throughout and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had a quick bar lunch before heading to our match... More

Stayed for over a week a few years ago. I swapped between restaurant and pub daily. had great service and great tasting food every single time. Scottish breakfast was fab as were all the regular mains coming form chefs in the kitchen for dinner. The rooms were large and cozy, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. This place... More
