I Stayed here for the best part of a year, whilst working in the area. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and warm. Myself and my colleagues were always made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything. There was a microwave and fridge on the landing area for use which was very useful for my... More

A beautiful building set in fantastic surroundings a few minutes from Omagh. Spotlessly clean and bright throughout, comfortable warm rooms, beautiful guest lounge situated beside dining room. Fresh milk, water, tea coffee etc always available in rooms. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast with unlimited tea, coffee, juices. Nothing is too much trouble for the delightful hostess of this absolutely brilliant accommodation. If it... More

The owners were very welcoming to all our family, and made us feel very at home. The guesthouse is positioned slightly out of the way (but very well signposted), giving great views across Ulster. It is still very convenient for Omagh and the tourist attractions nearby. The rooms were comfortable, and the residents lounge very pleasant. Tanya went out of... More

This guesthouse is slightly out of the way, yoou would definitely need a car to get here. In saying this the hosts were welcoming and the bedroom was large with an en-suite. The room was basic, but nice. The curtains were quite thin, which was annoying in the morning. The breakfast was nice, and plentiful. The children were very well... More

We have stayed at this Guest House twice this year and are going back in October. It is in a lovely location, with beautiful scenery. Your are made to feel extremely welcome by Tanya, she is great. The rooms are very clean and have all you want (plus a choccie each), and her breakfast are brilliant.

You can find Golden Hill at the top (and I mean TOP) of the road, and you'll get a warm welcome from Chris, Tanya, and their little boy. The view is magnificent, yet you're in a neighborhood, with sheep just next door. A comfortable room and excellent breakfast, along with the use of a lovely lounge, make for a great... More

We found this little gem by accident and only planned on one night stay but because the setting was so lovely we extended it to two. It was everything I thought Ireland should be. The owners were very obliging and most helpful with the best B&B breakfast we experienced during our travels in Ireland. Although it wasn't a 5 star... More

I stayed here with a friend last month when we were over in Omagh for one night. We hired a car from the airport and found the guest house easily from the directions given on the website. Our room was clean and homely, just big enough for two and the bathroom was old but functional. The lady who owns it... More

We found Golden Hill via a web search www.goldenhillguesthouse.com and rang the owners: Bill and Joyce. They couldn't have been more helpful and this trend continued during our brief stay. Lovely cooked breakfast included in the price and no tinned mushrooms here - all fresh produce and plenty of it. We needed a twin room - we had a big,... More
