We stayed here for a night in our way to visit belfast. The rooms were nice and clean but the manners of the owners are HORRIBLE. Breakfasta was supposed to be at 8 so we went down and sat arround 7:50, a women ask us if we wanted tea or coffee and so she went on the kitchen to prepare... More

My boyfriend and I had originally booked into the Angel House B&B which is owned by the same people and on the same street but got moved to serendipity for ease (less steps to walk up!). Stephen was wonderful and friendly and gave us a nice tour of the home before taking us to our room. Our room was a... More

this house is charmingly renovated to a high standard where a guest feels at once "on holiday" and "at home." the owners were friendly and helpful, the room we had was warm, perfectly clean and very comfortable. the view of 'Derry's walls was amazing. the breakfast was varied and plentiful and delicious. we enjoyed our stay so much we bought... I had actually booked with Angel B&B across the road, owned by same person. On arrival was informed that i had been moved across the road, no biggy. I had room 5 which was at the very top (3rd Floor) the view was amazing across Derry. I could come and go as I please. It was located close to the... More

Nice location close to the city center of Derry. Be prepared, though, that the owner will insist on charging you with a 5% fee if you wish to pay with your credit card. This was not stated anywhere during the online reservation process. No other payment option but cash was offered (which we did not have). When he called and... More

I had to write a review of this guest house as although it was only an overnight stay, it was myself and my mother, I was genuinely impressed at how welcoming and lovley Paul the owner was. We landed very late and that evening and the next morning there was nothing that was too much trouble.i would recommend this place... More

Found the B&B fairly easily and we had the room at the back. The wifi worked very well and the amenities were good. Steve was very informative about restaurants and where to go. Breakfast was very filling and varied. The view out our window was of the walled city over the Bogside with St Eugene's Cathedral to the side. Absolutely... More

Probably the best value B&B we encountered on our trip around Ireland. We had a large, well appointed room with an amazing view over the city and the staff were friendly and helpful. Serendipity House is within walking distance to all the city attractions and close to the many pubs and restaurants in the city centre. Breakfast was excellent and... More

The room was clean and had an amazing view of the city. The staff were very friendly and knew the tours well so could give us some tips regarding touring the area. The accommodation was walking distance to the city. Overall very good.
