Very nice breakfast room and lounge area for the guests. Great place to play a game and have a cup of tea before bed. Good Rooms. Propietor not on site a lot of the time but just a quick phone call and he was there within minutes. Located in Bogside, just around the corner from the historical site of Bloody... More

We are originally from Derry before moving to Canada. Our daugthers stayed withA you in 2010 and loved it. Our experience has been the same. Won't easily forget Seamus, Helen, or Paula for their welcoming hospitality and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay pleasant. The B&B is convenient to the city centre, Derry walls, the Bogside,... More

I booked a cheap flight to Derry on impulse, some 45 years since last being in the city. I found it difficult to find accommodation to suit me but finally chose the Abbey Guest House B&B. th guest house is situated in the Bogside just yards from where the events of Bloody Sunday took place. The owner was very pleasant... More

We stayed at the B&B while in Derry for a friend's wedding and arrived on an early morning flight from Liverpool. We were welcomed by Helen and had breakfast upon arrival, she then quickly got our room ready so that we could have a rest and get changed in time to go to the wedding. I'm sure there won't be... We had a one night stay here and found it to be a friendly and centrally located B&B. We desperately needed some laundry done and when the local dry cleaners couldn't do it, Seamus volunteered to do it for us. We were really grateful and it made our stay. The room is clean and functional. The location is central and... More
