Just back from a overnight stay. I all I can say, that this is the friendliest hotel I have stayed in for a while. Special mention must go to Rachel in the bar, she was excellent, Didn't eat in the hotel, but there appeared to be a great selection on offer and reasonably priced. Wasn't bothered by noise and had... More

Spent the weekend at the Malden lately, all though very busy the staff were friendly and service was swift. We attended the Christmas party night as part of a large group and had a great time! The food was superb for the amount of people that was with us! It was served hot!! The breakfast was also delicious, everything fresh,... More

Was taken away here for a birthday weekend and chose this hotel due to its location and good reviews. Got sent to room 208, second floor at the end of the corridor. The room was a box but we got over that. View was across into other rooms from elsewhere and down onto some bins. Radiator was either piping hot... More

Room was ok. Lighting in the room was awful. Some lamps would have made it feel more homely. No iron and ironing board in room (a personal pet hate of mine). One could be sourced from reception but I think this is a poor customer experience. Poor quality loo roll. A small detail but an important one. Bed was ok... More

Just had my 10th visit to the tower /Maldron hotel. A few changes along the way but the level of service never does. Always met at reception with a warm friendly staff. Marguerite and sheree are an exception in this day and age in that they actually enjoy their job ! Got our usual large room. 5 star service by... More

Myself & 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at the newly named Maldron hotel on Sat 29th Nov. We had booked 1 night B&B & evening meal. The rooms were great, very spacious & clean. We had a terrific view of the city from our room. The staff were so friendly & could not do enough to make our... More
