I think some of the comments made about this B&B are very unfair. We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past 3 years, and have never had any cause for complaint either abiout the accomodation or the area. More

For starters, travelers should note that Derry is still a very sketchy town. Good centrally located value for money. This small friendly place is only 5 minutes walk from the city gates. We stayed in a very clean and cosy room. Only feedback was it was quite small room. This was not a problem for us as we did not spend much time there. Big hearty breakfasts and warm homely service. More

We have just returned from a week at Sunbeam House. The accomodation is 1st class and the personal attention from Siobhan, John and Frances was superb.
