The building was originally for offices, and the hotel was a renovation. There is no free parking, and be sure to park in the lot nearest the hotel to get a discount. Some of the staff are very accommodating, but some pretty curt and not customer service oriented. You have to ask for an iron and ironing board. They can't... More

Trying to think of negative things to say about this hotel - well, the views are nothing special, and the beds are a little high for convenience. Otherwise, it's a very good example of a city centre Premier Inn: no frills, but rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable, with adequate shelf and hanging space, all well maintained. The restaurant does... More

Stayed in Room 208 on business for Monday night. Had a long day in Dublin on business and arrived at 8pm tired and hungry to a very happy and corteous young receptionist who was most helpful. Booked dinner for 830pm and went up to nice large room for a hot shower, Came downstairs and given a nice table by very... More

We arrived by train from Dublin on a Saturday evening and walked here from the station. It was easy to find and pretty close. The room itself was very small, but we weren't in Belfast to hang in our room! The lovely woman at the front desk recommended Nandos for dinner, a close walk. Fantastic food and service, plus great... More

Stayed at Premier Inn for just one night, it was great, staff were so friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, well stocked and nicely presented. We even had our own princess at breakfast which went down very well with the kids. Hotel is in a great location, Belfast is only small so easy to get around the... More

I expect a decent quality room from Premier Inn, but pleasantly surprised with their restaurant. Reasonably priced menu, especially the daily meal deal. Best aspect was the staff, who could not have been more helpful.

Everything about the hotel was great. Very friendly staff. The location is amazing - in close proximity to all of the main attractions of Belfast. It is also just a short walk away from Victoria Square and the main shopping attractions.

Hello BenBariach! What a fantastic review, thank you! One of the things we are very proud about is our location, we are central to everything in the City centre however, located on a quiet residential street, so our guests have the best of both worlds. It is great to see this made for a fantastic base for city sight seeing... More

I don't usually write reviews for Premier Inn as I always have such a good and comfortable stay I presume everyone does! The beds go without saying and is the only hotel I choose for any trip, far above any of the "upper market" hotels in London even as the beds don't cut it in those. However at this hotel... More

Just stopped here for a few nights and its the best Premier Inn I've stopped at. Used to use Premier Inn for business so I have stopped in lots. This one was excellent with very helpful friendly staff, good comfy rooms and a top notch breakfast. Missus even prefered it over the Jurys Inn. Brilliant
