Stayed here for just a night and was impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfy with a good bed, TV and shower. Not designed up or arty, but not lace curtained pokiness either - somewhere between hotel and guest house in feel ( and I guess on price too at £65 inc brekkie). Breakfast itself offers a fruit bowl... More

Upon arrival, our host, Connor was incredibly helpful. He lined out my husband and I with a long list of activities to do for only one night in Belfast. The accommodations were lovely, and the location was a short walk from downtown. Breakfast the following morning was filling and delicious as well. Nothing but gratitude for the wonderful stay and... If there was a higher rating I would without a doubt give it to this very beautiful boutique Hotel on Eglantine Avenue, Belfast! Came to Belfast as my daughter is doing her Masters in Queens and I needed to bring some of her things up to her. Found The Gregory on the net and loved the reviews. But really you... More

Great location to explore Belfast and close to good restaurants Very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Ask for a room not fronting on Eglantine Avenue where there is probably more traffic noise Excellent breakfasts

Small boutique hotel in nice quiet location not too far from city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Large nicely decorated and well equipped rooms. Big comfortable beds. Bed and breakfast only but a really good breakfast. Larger hotel nearby for good value food if required. Stayed one night and would stay here again next time in Belfast.

We arrived late evening at The Gregory and received a warm welcome. Throughout our stay all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and tastefully decorated; we had a King sized bed and all the usual room facilities. The hotel was very quiet and there was a comfortable shared living room downstairs... More

Stayed 4 nights & we are convinced this is the best place in Belfast! Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, quiet of noise...all with a staff that welcome you & make certain you have a great visit. Breakfast served with many choices...hot to cold...with the ambiance one wishes when visiting this lovely setting. Off street parking was a bonus, however, there always... More

We had 2 nights there and loved it. The room we had was huge and very comfortable with a lovely view onto the leafy street. It is close to the university and there are pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were all very attentive and friendly. Would def stay there again.
