What a wonderful guesthouse in a great location for access to Belfast City centre. The room was lovely and clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. We also treated ourselves to a message from Michelle who was fantastic and very professional. Would definitely recommend this if you are looking for somewhere lovely and homely to stay.

I spent two nights in Belfast and one of the reasons why I liked the city so much was because of The Gregory Guesthouse. It is a very comfortable B&B. The staff is incredibly helpful in every way possible. The Guesthouse is within walking distance of a number of different restaurants. (I love to walk and I explored the entire... More

Clean, well located within walking distance (30 min) of the city center. The room was nice, people at the reception were very helpful and helped me book a taxi tour. Wide variety of choice for a very good breakfast. Wifi in the room had a very good signal and worked very well. Car park at the back was very convenient.... More

Stayed in the famiy room overnight, was up extremely steep stairs which are not suitable for people with mobility issues. Sleep quality was great however and room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was small however and without lock. Good location close to queens university. Breakfast was poor scrambled eggs overdone and cold toast. Did not recieve a warm welcome upon... More

We stayed for one night and had two rooms booked. Faultless service, excellent location, beautifully decorated and super clean. The staff were very helpful. There were no ground floor bedrooms but they sent us a photo of the stairs beforehand so we could check if it would be suitable for us. They then moved us to the room with the... More

Elena at reception was very pleasant sadly she was one of the only pleasant aspects of the guesthouse. Stayed in family room which was quite spacious but location is not good for small children or anyone with mobility issues - the stairs are extremely steep and narrow. the bathroom in the room was very small and didn't have a lock.... I can't thank the staff enough. I was booked in with my family from Canada in May. Rooms were perfect, spacious and very clean. We has excursions booked which the staff arranged for us to be collected directly from the guesthouse, great recommendations for places to eat, help us print off our boarding passes. So friendly. Breakfast was great. The... More

We stayed four nights. The guesthouse and rooms are very clean and tidy. Very Good box spring beds. Best, friendly hosts gave us very good recommendations about Belfast. Organized everything for us. The guesthouse is located 20 min by walk away from city center, in a very nice, traditional and quit surroundings.

Great bedrooms - spacious, comfortable beds, nicely decorated - 'as sold' in terms of boutique B&B. The breakfast however was really disappointing - both in terms of quality of flexibility. Needing to leave at 8am during the weekend, I was left out a single croissant...no cereal, juice, tea. When able to order the traditional Ulster fry the next day it... More

Front of house staff were friendly and attentive on check-in. Room, whilst not large is clean. Unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends. The room was upstairs, above the kitchen, and quite warm. Opening the window simply meant that you got frying bacon smell coming in during breakfast shift. It also meant that you heard every word of the staff... More
