Myself and my hubby just got back from another fabulous stay at the Belfast Mal. We have been regular customers for many years and having blogged about the hotel on a beauty and lifestyle blog (with a significantly smaller audience!) I decided the time had come to announce our love for the Mal to the masses. When typing this review... More

While Searching for a last minute getaway to belfast I came across the malmaison in Belfast I never stayed in a malmaison before so I was curious to see what they were all about. The staff are very friendly and helpful although it would have been nice if we were informed that restaurants and bars close early compared to Dublin... More

Good sized room. Great decor. Nice toiletries. Bed on the hard side, but I still slept soundly! Reception staff were friendly and amenable. Bar does really great cocktails, at a reasonable price too. Try the gin gin mule, it's delicious! Breakfast was good too. Checkout at 8am was a little slow with only one person actively checking people out, the... More

This is a good hotel, but compared to other Belfast hotels I have stayed in from 5 star to budget it is overpriced. Dinner was good but again expensive for what it was. Also checking out was a long drawn out affair. Better value and service elsewhere.

First time I have stayed in the hotel, very spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a relaxing stay with excellent access to the local bars and restaurants. The hotel bar was very lively and a perfect spot for a drink to start the night. After a very comfortable nights sleep, an... More

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel in Belfast & still now I'd recommended a stay at the Malmaison. The hotel is so different to others offering what feels like a luxury service. The rooms are nice, decent size and offer the usual amenities - tea & coffee, iron, safe, wifi, etc. The food is great... More

Lovely spacious room started our stay on the right foot and we found the staff throughout to be extremely helpful and friendly. After a hard day at the sales we decided to dine in the hotel in the evening and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and presentation of our meal. A very relaxing evening overall and breakfast next... More

I was very impressed by the level of personal service at this Belfast City Hotel. I had put in my booking that I would like skimmed milk and I arrived to register and they immediately gave me the milk they had set aside for me. A small thing but something you don't get in the larger chains. Comfortable room, everything... More
