Booked the Samson suite for our anniversary and loved it, great location, lovely room with everything you could want and need. Staff were very friendly and would definitely recommend to everyone. Nice to see somewhere a bit different in Belfast.

One night only and I have stayed in Most Mal Hotels. I thought this one was pretty nice, feeling of space in the lobby and bar and the staff were friendly. Room was very nice and I had no complaints about noise or thin walls!!! I read another review!!! I was given a room upgrade which was very nice! Thanks... More

Stayed in room 410 which was on the top floor and in the corner and probably as quiet as any room in a city center will ever be.Every member of staff I met was exceptionally friendly and helpful which was really nice as a woman travelling alone.I had continental breakfast in my room and it was amazing.A huge hamper I... Booked Malmaison for a romantic night away. Treated ourselves to an upgrade to superior.... Furnishings and decor were very tasteful and luxurious, but the en suite was MINUTE!!! Just a single cubicle shower and toilet/sink. Only room for one person in bathroom at a time - nowhere for toiletries/washbag (had to lower toilet lid to use as a surface) Tried... More

I stayed here when attending a conference at the nearby Waterfront Hall. Having stayed in the Malmaison in Manchester I pretty much knew the template that I'd get re the hotel but have to say that the difference with this hotel was the staff. From reception, to cleaning staff through to restaurant, they were excellent. All in question were very... More

Wonderful third choice! It should have been our first! Close to city, beautiful shopping mall, Victoria square in walking distance. The staff were superb! The bar waiter entertained us incredibly after our long afternoon sightseeing, thank you Adam! 10/10! Accommodation great! No air con, though there was a fan. Still shocked to see that most hotels do not have a... More

I don't really review, but on the one year anniversary of my first stay I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this very amazing hotel. I first stayed here exactly a year to this day, and have since returned many, many times. Why? Simply because unlike so many hotels, across both the world and indeed Belfast, this one does... More

The Malmaison is in a great location for anyone wanting to explore Belfast. It is situated close to the 'Cathedral Quarter' which is home to the city's best night spots. It is also a stone's throw from Victoria Square. The location is absolutely ideal, and it was for this reason we decided to stay here for a short 'staycation'. The... More
