Very good quality hotel and was very impressed with its cleanliness and service. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Belfast. Its in close proximity to nearby shops and it is not a far distance drive to the Titanic Museum. Free parking as well which was a nice extra

Functional but boring. You could be almost anywhere. So if you want a better class travelodge this may be for you. Rooms are a good size with good facilities. But it's situated in a business wasteland with no character or personality. Which matches the hotel. The restaurant is the same. Average posh hotel fayre. If you have a car you... More

A nice modern hotel in a regenerated part of the city. Service is very friendly and helpful and rooms very clean and quiet. Only problem is that it's not particularly near the city centre so taxis generally needed for a meal out. Would stay here again though.

Only 2 mins from the hustle and bustle of Belfast centre this very new hotel is faultless. Just returned for my 2nd visit this month the staff are great and the whole place is spotless from top to bottom. If you can push for an upgrade the business rooms are slightly bigger and much better. Food good and prices reasonable... More

Good hotel, probably I'll be spending some nights here in the next months, compared to the other hotels in the area, it is quieter, very good breakfast, FREE WIFI (take that Hilton!), nice rooms. On the "bad" side, my room was a little bit cold in the morning. I've informed the reception, will report if something changed in the next... More

Great location a short walk from the city centre in a quiet location Friendly staff. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. Good size car park. Ask for a room facing H & W cranes. An iconic view to open the curtains to in the morning.

The hotel staff are brilliant from reception through to the room cleaners. it was a pleasure to stay, My room was excellent with a wonderful view and a great bathroom. This very stylish hotel is centrally located in Belfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed and expected. If we're ever in Belfast again we will definitely look to stay here again.

Despite menus being in the room we were told that we could not order from it. Hotels.com you need to state this when people like us book. Very poor. And a carlson member was I, no longer. Shocking and that is it.
