After reading all the great reviews I had high expectations for Global Village. It was good but I wouldn't say it was the best hostel ever. Good location and comfortable beds are always a plus. The staff are great!

Stayed in a few times and have always had a great experience. The staff look after you and provide you with any help you need. The area is only a 10minute to the centre of Belfast and near to a few bars. No problems with the rooms, hostel is always clean and has a great communal atmosphere. Thanks

A friend and I stayed here for two nights on our first trip to Ireland and we really liked it! This hostel has a real community feel to it which we love. It is small but good; the kitchen area has a pool table and foosball table for free and the communal area has a big tv with lounges, two... More

Three of us stayed at Global Village for one night, we all agreed we wished we were staying longer. The hostel is clean and bright with friendly staff who go over and above the call of duty (Mark, we mean you especially! Thanks for the lift!). We loved the quirky, homey feel to the place. The wifi on the top... More

I came over to Belfast on my own a bit nervous but I didn't need to be, every single member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was great if you wanted to play drinking games and socialise you could but then the TV room was separate for those that just wanted to chill. I didn't know that... More

Not just a good hostel but also a nice place to visit. Playing pool, beerpong or a game of fifa everything is possible. A must if you're planning on staying in Belfast. Oh and don't feed the dog, no matter what he tells you!

Excellent environment and helpful staff. The hostel is clean and very comfortable. A lot of activities available for the visitors. Located in a good area with bars, restaurants and the botanical garden.

My friend and I stayed at this hostel for 3 days and it is one of the coziest hostels I've ever been to. The staff consists of young, cheerful people and they are all pretty laid back. We arrived much earlier than we were supposed to but they were understanding and even offered us breakfast. You can treat youself to free... More

Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, good location, relaxed atmosphere, good clean shower and toilet facilities, good locker space... Everything you want in a hostel and all at a great price. Would stay there again!
