This hotel is grossly overpriced due to its location. THe Bathroom was dirty, as well as the fact when i asked the chef to omit rice from my meal as i am allergic to it and replace it with chips, i was told 'no' the dish came with rice so i had to have it as well as pay extra... more

Stayed five nights for a company course. This is a large part of this hotel's business - there are nine conference rooms and the place is nearly always full. The building feels very much like a Novotel with pale wood design throughout. It claims four stars - I would dispute that however I will say it is top of the... more

We (two adults and two under twos) booked a night prior to an early morning flight. We had requested a room with two travel cots but when we got there they told us that they couldn't provide two cots per room due to health and safety. Instead we had to take a family room which was 160 pounds GBP which... more

After reading the reviews here, we decided to book it with our travel agent and we were very pleased. We just stayed two nights for the weekend since we were attending a concert on the Odissey. The lady that checked us in was reaally nice and helpful!!! So nice to be welcomed by somebody smiling! As other reviews pointed the... more

We stayed overnight at the hotel as we had a flight to catch the next day. The staff were very efficient and professional, and nothing was a problem. Food (in the bar) was excellent, and we thought it was good value for money. We had a room for three people (2 + 1 child) which was a good size. I... more

This is a very nice hotel at the Belfast International Airport with a good dining room. The great thing about it is that the airport shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes and it is a very economical way to get into the city of Belfast. The bus drops you in the middle of the city 40 minutes later for approximately... more

Stayed here for one night in May before an early morning flight. Was an excellent choice because unlike many airports, this one is perfectly situated i.e. literally 20 steps from front door to terminal. The staff were extremely helpful with a good standard of food available in the bar area. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Basically everything you would... more

This hotel was a stopping point for us on a trip around Ireland. We spent the day in Belfast, and stayed here for the night before heading north to Giant's Causeway and other places. We spent $69 for the room and it was a great place for the money! In the states this room would have been over $100. The... more
