We visited this hotel last weekend for my friends hen do. On arrival the hotel looked lovely. Nice decor and very clean. However, the receptionist we were greeted by made no eye contact, no smile, very abrupt and would only give us one room key for one room when we were booked into two. We had asked for one to... The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, but the navigation system was a bit confused and we had some trouble as it sent us past the hotel the first time we arrived- the main street by the hotel could only be reached from one direction, which the navigation didn't recognize. Also, it seems that the hotel sold... More

Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights while in Belfast for a wedding.Rooms were very comfortable and very clean, plenty of space and liked the fact that there was an ironing board and an iron in our room. Staff were friendly and efficent, only meal we had here was breakfast, which was ok,though 5 mins round the corner you could get an ulster... More

An expensive 3 night visit at the Days Hotel, soon to become a Holiday Inn was comfortable, with friendly staff who I had a feeling lacked real managerial direction. Certainly overpriced at the time I was there, but it was very busy. I had just minor digs about room service and was well compensated for it. A lunch of fish... More

We used this hotel for our 1 night stay in Belfast, having booked from Australia. The price was reasonable and more importantly it was located very well for us. We were able to walk all around the main city area and that's a real bonus for us. The staff were friedly and helpful. On a negative, the Free internet would... More

We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday trip and I cant fault the decor, cleanliness and facilities, however on our 2nd night we were in bed at 2:30am (Sunday morn) when our room door was opened by security who were about to let a drunken stranger into our room! It was only because we stirred and woke up that... More

Stayed here for 1 night in July , booked the day before 160 euro and no breakfast, but the Tall ships were in that weekend hence the ridiculous price, Arrived and were told to park in Multistorey as their car park was not available ( taken over by rowdy teenagers drinking late into the night and creating a massive bonfire... I am not sure if it would be fair to review a hotel that is no longer remaining under the same ownership. As soon as we checked in, we were advised that the hotel is becoming a Holiday Inn. We also booked a tour to the Giant's Causeway as soon as we got our keys. Two days later, when we... More
