Location is in a quiet neighborhood, 20-30 min walk from city center / Cathedral district. Breakfast ok – omelet, toast, milk, juice, coffee, tea. Bed very confortable – We have a huge room. Shared bathroom: One toilet and one bathroom. The bath is impressive – apparently the same type that was used on Titanic. One minus is the hot water... More

Evelyn gives good advise about what to do in Belfast, and she cooks a terrific breakfast. It's about 20 mins walk from the city centre, and at about 5 mins from her place there's plenty to do too (Ulster Museum, pubs, university, botanic gardens). The B&B is in a victorian house, which is very nicely decorated. The B&B is right... More

Evelyn runs her business as a beautiful home. You feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. It's situated down a little path off from the road so it's really quiet and relaxing. The decor is straight out of vogue- beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. The place is near Botanic gardens and lots of lovely pubs. Plenty of street... More

The difficulty in locating this B&B is more than offset by the many positives you get when you arrive. The room we stayed in (Room 1) was massive. Plenty of space for luggage, wonderful large windows that let the sun in, a good sized wardrobe for hanging clothes & a desk large enough to handle all the devices that needed... More

The hostess was very friendly and truly interested in what we were seeing and where we were from. Had a wonderful chat at breakfast each morning and the food was delicious. The bedroom we were in was very spacious and had a great bed and desk area.

Stayed here for a weekend to see a concert and take in the sites. The best bit was probably the breakfast which set us up the day and never made it so true to say that breakfast is the most important meal! There's a stunning Victorian ceramic standing shower and Evelyn's little dog is a great personality. Overall i'm chuffed... More

We stayed here at the end of November and Evelyn was the perfect host. A warm welcome from her (and Kerry the dog) made us feel right at home. We were given a key and allowed to come and go as we pleased. The rooms where spacious and there was wardrobes to keep our clothes in etc, and the beds... More

Just stayed for one night following a wedding in the area but would highly recommend this B&B. Evelyn is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble and her dog is just adorable! Everything you want...clean room, good facilities and cooked breakfast. Evelyn's is a bit tricky to find (there are two turnings for Wellington Park Terrace- she is the... More

We spent the week touring around the beautiful Causeway Coast, and decided to spend one night in Belfast. This little B & B was just what we wanted. A nice quite area but near enough to some lovely restaurants. Our room was lovely, bright and clean. Breakfast was very good. Our landlady was very welcoming and friendly. The period bath/shower... Located off a quiet street near Queen’s University, the Botanic Garden, and Ulster Museum, Evelyn’s B & B occupies a restored Victorian row house. Our room overlooked a quiet garden and the large windows admitted great quantities of natural light (it helped that we were near the summer solstice and skies were uncommonly clear). Wi-Fi signal is full and reliable.... More
