My sister wanted to try The Green Room in the Ramada to celebrate her graduation lunch. The waiter who served us was very welcoming and friendly. The set menu of 3 courses we got were all lovely. I had butternut squash soup for starters, chicken for main course and Elton mess for dessert. We had a fantastic day. Thank you... More

The hotel was great - third time we've stayed - friendly, spacious and professional plus we were given a quiet room as requested. Location by River Lagan towpath superb. Achilles heel was the restaurant where we experienced terrible service though the food was great. First night of our stay (a Sunday) we had dinner everything fine except at the end... More

A colleague booked myself and another colleague a room each staying over for business. Handy to have parking but not much else around. But it didn't matter as the bar was great and staff very friendly. Great place to watch the world cup. We decided to eat at the bar and it was excellent. Breakfast great in the morning. Wish... More

Not being able to get a room at my usual Belfast venue I tried the Ramada Plaza. It is a modern hotel with impressive public areas and the sort of bedroom one expects to find in an international chain hotel. Reception was welcoming and efficient, as were the bar and the dining room. Breakfast is self-service, with a good choice,... More

Great staff and quality rooms and décor BUT arriving late namely 10.00 no catering! Yes no food. Restaurant closed, no bar food and nobody to cook.
