I stayed here on business for 1 night. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the city centre and many bars / restaurants. I found the service to be quick and efficient and friendly enough. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated (although me being picky I could of made some changes;)) My room cost £85.00 per night.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and had just a great time. The hotel is in a terrific location being only 5 minutes to city center and it feels very safe at night. The room was a real treat with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a mini fridge. The staff were wonderful and gave us tips on where to... More

I recently returned from a 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn in Belfast. The location of this property could not have been better. The Hotel is located in the City Center steps from City Hall and the main shopping area. The rooms are of average European size with good bathroom space. A small refrigerator and Sofa accompany each room.... More

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. I agree with your comments about our location, but in fairness I would! But we do feel we have the best location of any hotel in Belfast as we are close to all the attractions and city centre but do not have the noise issues that come with being... More

Thank you for kind comments in your review of the hotel. They will be passed along to the team. Completely agree about taking a trip over to the Giants Causeway and rope bridge, it is a fantastic drive along the Antrim Coast. The Rope Bridge is a must and the Giants Causeway, unique. Drive a little further and you can... More

Excellent hotel, real value for money, staff go above and beyond to help, rooms well maintained and very clean , food improving and adding more local flavour. Location is very good with city one way and bars the other. Would not hesitate to stop again or recomend staying here.

Stayed here for 5 nights in May 2012 A few minor things you could find fault with, but overall, good location, pleasant staff, and comfortable room. If I had to be picky, the fried eggs at breakfast were a bit hit and miss, and my shower was not the easiest to turn on and off. However, I have stayed at much... More

I've stayed at this hotel several times now on work trips and it's my top choice. Best things are the genuinely friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, the gym with swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and the location which is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, Belfast City Halls and the Crown bar. I only have minor... More

A well situated Hotel close to Belfast City Centre and with easy walkng distance of shops, Restaurants, Bars etc. The Hotel rooms are well furnished and having stayed here twice recently I encountered no problems whatsoever. The Hotel (like most City Hotels) does not have it's own parking but has a discount arrangement with nearby parking. The breakfast buffet is... More
