This is the second time I stayed in hotel , the first time , when I got to my room after checking in, the toilet had not been cleaned! There was a urine stain on the toilet seat and a "hair" as well! Disgusting and not exceptable! I rang downstairs to reception and told them and they said sorry and... More

Arrived on 13th April approx 9.15pm. Booked a double room with sofabed. On arrival to the room me my wife and daughter found a double bed with a sofa in the room. No sofabed made up. Rang down to reception and the duty manager was despatched to make up the sofa. We left to find somewhere to eat. When we... More

We chose to stay for our anniversary as we were going out for drinks quite nearby that evening. We had never stayed in the hotel before, but after this first special stay, I can be sure we will be back again. We enjoyed our room, the views were excellent as we love being up so high - the stay was... More

Booked here with points, so no issues with price, though I would probably not have stayed here if it was my own money. Good location, just south of City Hall. Plenty of buzz in and outside the hotel. Room fine, typically small city room but bed was very comfortable. So, on balance fine.

We stayed for a short break and booked interconnecting executive rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping came daily, and replaced towels as requested. Mini bar and a safe were both available in our room as was an iron and ample closet space. Chocolate and water gratefully recieved. Breakfast was lovely. Yes, it was busy due to this being a... More

This hotel is in a good location just at the edge of the city centre, close enough to walk to all shopping, entertainment and nightlife the city has on offer, but very quiet at night with little to no breakthrough noise from outside the hotel. Preferential parking rates are offered at the very close by multi-storey carpark - the hotel... More

If you like dark and depressing rooms this is the hotel for you! Various lights not working, had to keep ringing reception for an extra towel as everyday there was only one provided. Waited an hour for an iron to turn up, and when it did turn up it was broken! Had to ring reception four times to remove food... More

Dear Mr McConnell Thank you for your recent feedback. The hotel has bedrooms facing four different directions and on one side, there are bedrooms that overlook a building that was built after the Holiday Inn Belfast. In these rooms, we have upped the lux to substitute some of the natural daylight that is restricted. I am disappointed to read there... More

Was here after work on Fri and drinks were very expensive! I get that it is an hotel but still far too dear and there are cheaper (and better) bars very closeby! Was ok but I will be going elsewhere for post work drinks from now on.
