Stayed for 1 night a few months ago - forgot to submit a review. In brief, room was large and clean and b&b rate quoted when we booked (less than £70 in total for 2 people) was great (although person at checkout tried to charge us more!). But the biggest dissapointment was the breakfast - both the food quality and... more

We recently stayed here on weekend trip to Belfast. On arrival we were upgraded to an Executive room (with no explaination). The room itself was spacious and had great shutters which kept the morning light out. For a four star hotel I expected to find a safe in the room and a bathroom free of mould. The lack of safe... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night, found it very disappointing, the staff although friendly were poorly presented. The front entrance mat was stained a poor first impression and the furniture in teh lobby was badly scuffed. The bedroom was a good enough size , though it was not clean the carpet was stained and the mirror has smears... more

We spent a total of four nights at the Holiday Inn, booked through Priceline.com. Our first two nights were in a twin room and our second two nights were in an Executive room, a supposed upgrade. This hotel suffers from a serious lack of maintenance. Among the many many deficiencies were stained grimy formerly white curtains, chipped and scratched tiles... more

I'm a Platinum member of the Holiday Inn Loyalty Scheme so I stay at Hol Inns quite regularly and was given an Exec Room. 15 minutes after arrival I had complimentary cheese and wine delivered to my room, things at last were looking up! However, 10 minutes later, before I had chance to tuck in I received another knock on... more

I went to this hotel for my hen weekend, I choose this hotel as it was the only one I could find that had a leisure club and was in the city centre. After I booked the hotel I read the reviews on this web site and I was quite upset as they were not good and I didnt want... more

Hotel location is good therefore have the feeling the hotel is not quite well managed - even if it seem that frontline staff does not get much from hotel management they are doing their job well and they are kind..common areas are not quite clean and need refurbishing more

The grubby room was pretty inexcusable. It had clearly not been properly vacuumed before my arrival. And on a two day stay I had to request my room to be cleaned on the first day. Breakfast was barely adequate, with the place massively understaffed. A request for an iron and ironing board in the room had to be repeated three... more

This hotel has a great location, but everything else is poor. I couldn't believe the grubby fingermarks over the doors in the corridors to my room. Its tired, bathrooms need a make over and it seems its being run for pure profit and little investment in staff or fabric of the buildings. My sleep was marred by lots of noise... more
