Hotel location is good therefore have the feeling the hotel is not quite well managed - even if it seem that frontline staff does not get much from hotel management they are doing their job well and they are kind..common areas are not quite clean and need refurbishing more

The grubby room was pretty inexcusable. It had clearly not been properly vacuumed before my arrival. And on a two day stay I had to request my room to be cleaned on the first day. This hotel has a great location, but everything else is poor. I couldn't believe the grubby fingermarks over the doors in the corridors to my room. Its tired, bathrooms need a make over and it seems its being run for pure profit and little investment in staff or fabric of the buildings. My sleep was marred by lots of noise... more
