Very friendly and helpful staff, specially Shannon in reception checked in us very quickly, room was clean and breakfast was good. Too many children going into Jacuzzi, I think parents can't or don't read notices. Would love to visit your hotel in Belfast again, but in quite time.

After a lot of travelling around UK we had the best night rest here, the pool helped me to relax. Generally I think the hotel and the staff are brilliant. Thank you Ps. excellent job by cleaning staff too

First impressions? Not too shabby, I should say. As any other hotel receptionists would, they welcomed me with a warm, open smile. Great. I was filled in on the juicy details of their luxurious facilities, the pool, the sauna, steam room, gym, the bar, restaurant, and of course what would a hotel be without Starbucks? (The highlight of my visit).... More

Today it all started well, good train trip from Dublin, nice people at Belfast central station and taxi driver to hotel. Got to hotel having booked and paid for 2 rooms. 1 room ready on arrival 2nd not, so receptionist told us the room numbers and told us to collect key later. We put cases in the room that was... We have just returned from a week in Belfast. We booked a standard double room at the Clayton Hotel but on arrival were given a disabled room. As someone with a disabled brother, I like to go on holiday to get away from adapted rooms and panic cords so we went back to reception to question the room allocation and... More

I expected more from a central hotel with a majority of positive reviews but I was so dissatisfied with my stay, the first thing I noticed about my room on the 5th floor was the noise, although the door of the room was closed we could clearly hear the conversations of the hallway and the elevator loudly dinging and humming... Formerly a holiday inn. Real shame for regular point collectors it isn't anymore. Good location, plenty of pubs and food places nearby. Gym and pool are nice, but historically the gym was always plagued by faulty equipment, and it's no different now. 8 CV machines out of order yesterday. Otherwise it looks like a holiday inn, it smells like a... More

This was a very enjoyable 2 night stay in this hotel with our extended family. We took 5 rooms between us. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the hotel was great. The only drawback is there is no hotel parking but there is a multi-story car park directly behind the hotel with reduced rates for hotel customers - £8 per... More

Nice and central, staff are friendly and mostly helpful, we loved the pool and jacuzzi, we liked being opposite the BBC and seeing one of our favourite actors in the hotel. The bed was comfortable, shared by my daughters, but I had the sofa bed and it was disappointing, just a sheet over the plastic seat which made it very... More

The staff were fine - obliging and helpful. The room badly needs some refurbishment. Panel on toilet door coming loose, making door difficult to close. Black metal dust dripping from hinges. Shower control not working properly. Incl Titanic visitor tickets (approx€40), the hotel worked out at €240 for 1 night B&B for 2 adults & a 15 year old. Euro... More
