Clayton Hotel could not be in a better location in Belfast. Walking distance to city hall, the Titanic Quarters, pick up/drop off points for coach trips and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants. All the staff were lovely, very patient while letting us use the phone trying sort out an involuntarily cancelled tour and booking a new one.... More

Lovely Hotel, good food, nice clean rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly, worth a visit when in Belfast, if sightseeeing, only 15-20 minute walk to the Titanic Experience and a short walk into the centre of Belfast where there are plenty shops and nice places to have a meal.

Stayed there for just one night with two ten year olds .We arrived early in the day to ask about dropping off luggage, and were accommodated by the staff without any issues. The room was very comfortable and quiet . Kids loved the breakfast pancake machine (great idea). We will definitely be back but as a couple this time 😄😉.... More

I stayed there for 2 nights in June just as it was changing hands. When I arrived there was a dart tournament going on so the foyer was full of boisterous darts players and fans. Reception was fast and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated as was the gym. I had free use... More

Arrived for one night only. The staff was very helpful in terms of directions and all other questions asked. The lifts to the rooms and rooms itself are maybe a little small but it was suffice for all of us. Do avoid the rooms closer to the lift as the noise can be a pain during the night. Also the... Claytons is now known as the Holiday Inn. It was easy to find and close to the shops (10 mins stroll) and took us a leisurely 30 mins to get to Titanic quarter. The check in was welcoming and despite check in time being 3pm we had a room within 2 hours (by 10.30 am we arrived at 9am) Close... More

Nice room, comfy beds and very clean. I fail to understand why people say the room was "small" in some reviews, unless indeed it is a "shoebox" for those of you who focus on this as important the room I had (a twin) was more than adequate likewise the small spot of mold and tiny bit of chipped tile in... Arrived Friday nite to check in. Jenny who checked us in was lovely and give us the key to our room. We stayed on the sixth floor. Our room was spotless and had lovely views of the city. It was a nice touch to have a mini bar and dressing gowns. Very central hotel and within walking distance of great... More

We recently stayed here and it is a beautiful hotel, very clean and Starbucks is a bonus... But the reception was a joke... Not friendly at all, we where looking for places to eat and they would barely Google a number.. Also they were having there own convo behind the desk which was very distracting and bad manners to be... More
