Received excellent service all night. The blonde waitress in particular was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy a good drink and the cocktails were right up in street. Convenient location beside the train station. Rooms were clean and surprisingly not too noisy. Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at Madison's hotel before, therefore it was my first choice when it came to looking for accommodation. Despite booking the hotel very last minute, the room rate was brilliant. Madison's is much cheaper than nearby alternatives but provides high quality rooms and service. Helpful staff, lovely room and breakfast is included in the incredibly reasonable price. Would definitely... More

I work close to Botanic Ave so was concerned that my stay might be a bit noisy. We had a room at the front overlooking the street and to my surprise we were not bothered by noise at all. We got an incredible rate, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The fry for breakfast was a little small but... More

Not an enjoyable stay. Rooms were so noisey- felt like I was still in the bar, could hear everything. Then there was people trying to get into the room at 3 in the morning and then a fight outside the room. The rooms were so cold! Toilet seat had dribble stains when we arrived-I had to clean the seat. Staff... More

I stayed in Madison's on a Monday evening (both myself and my partner work in the hospitality sector and this was the only night we could get off work). We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, however she didn't tell us what time breakfast was at or what time we were due to check out. We went down for... More

This was our second time to stay at Madisons with Groupon vouchers and had a lovely time. Room was nice - plenty of coffee, tea and even biscuits provided. Breakfast was very good and staff very pleasant. Would certainly stay here again.

Having never satyed in Madison's before, we thought we'd give it a go when a groupon deal showed it's face. Having spent a night in Madison's, I now regret that decision immensely. Our room was on the top floor overlooking Botanic avenue. I have a number that warrant a mention: 1) The bathroom had an open drain pipe in the... More

I booked Madisons because of it's great location and very affordable rates. I had requested a room on the third floor at the back as I had read on Trip Advisor that this was the quietest part of the hotel. The girls at reception were fantastic and arranged this without any fuss. Our twin room was clean and cosy and... More
