We stayed for 1 night in August this year and loved our stay. The room was clean, tidy and plenty of space. The hotel itself is in an excellent location - within walking distance of Belfast city centre, bars, restaurants, nightclubs. The staff, especially the receptionist (with glasses) were very helpful. More than good value considering the price of the... more

I had a complaint about the state of my room and I was told by staff that the general manager would be in at 9am. When i went to see the manager at 9.30am i was told that she was still not in and they were not sure what time she would be in. I then again asked at 11.30am,... more

Madisons in Belfast advertises an airport shuttle, but after I booked it someone from the hotel rang to see if I wanted a taxi to meet me as the shuttle stops 5 minutes away from the hotel. I agreed but it cost £30. I would not recommend a hotel that does not fullfill its promises to anyone. (Mrs. Jean Storey... more

We really enjoyed our stay at madisons hotel. The hotel is centrally located and everything is within a 15 minute walk. We found all the staff to be really friendly and attentive. Our meal in the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were basic but spotless and had everything you would need for a night away. We will definately be back... more

The staff were very helpful, reception phoned for taxis, had free late check out, room service on time. residents bar was fun til 4 ish in the morning, club was a laugh, free entry to club (well you wouldn't pay to be honest! ha), tea/coffee/biscuites in room. one strange thing was we couldn't find a... more

This hotel is comfortable and central to all attractions and is situated on a lovely street with plenty of restaurants nearby, however, it is badly managed and complaints are not taken seriously by very rude staff. I stayed with a friend for 2 nights and got little sleep both nights. The first night of excessive noise, I contacted the porter... more

Hadnt organised the booking myself for a variety of reasons. Arrived on a filthy rainy/cold sun night off the Dublin train; checked in at 9.10pm to find not only was there no room service but no food ie 'the kitchen closes at 9 on weekends' (this was 10 mins past). 'everyone knows that'.....well I didnt. And even though there is... more

I had a wonderful time when I stayed here, the staff are very friendly and attended to all our needs, we checked in to a double room which was very clean with an LCD TV which I didnt expect! We ordered room service who were very quick at bringing our drinks up to our room, we ate in the restaurant... more
