Excellent location, walking distance to the city centre, 200 yards from the Botanic Train station and 5 minute walk to the beautiful Botanic Gardens and very modern and interesting Ulster Museum (free entry). Clean airy rooms with fresh linen and towels and tea and coffee facilities replaced daily. Friendly, polite and courteous staff who were genuine in their welcome. Breakfast... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night as we were attending the Opera House for a show. the hotel was excellent, the rooms first class and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was great the next morning with a great choice and it was served from 8am to 3pm if you fancied a wee lie in. The hotel is only a... More

The hotel certainly good value for money and the staff were very friendly. However, the room had a damaged remote, grubby hotel information book and a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. Good hotel for a night on the town.

Had a fantastic stay here they had the most wonderful staff that went above and beyond to accomodate for me and my girlfriends stay. Very close and handy to get to the city centre. The staff where extremely helpful in helping us find things to do and point us in the right direction to the local sites and attractions.

Stay here every time am in Belfast, about 180 nights in total, never had a bad or even sub-perfect experience. Also great location for restaurants, pubs, buses, and train. Only used hire car a few times and have allways found street parking (free between 18:00 and (08:00).

I stayed here last Saturday night. Room was what I expected for a 3 star. Clean and adequate. My evening meal in the restaurant was noisey and rushed. The mushroom stroganoff was really bad. Breakfast in our room would of been dead on if it had of been hotter. It was just about warm .
