Me & my mate stayed here because it was cheap and handy for our night out in Belfast. We were literally only in the room to sleep and then to gather up and leave in the morning. It is very cheap and very basic. The whole place is roughly put together - the stairs are noisy, the curtains and blinds... More

We spend in Parkview Lodge 2 nights during the first weekend of October 2014. Our room was on loft, was said that we will have bathroom but was just "a half bathroom", its mean shower cabin and hand sink, to toilet had to go down stairs in the corridor... Bed was squeaky, mounted on plastic clasps, was also small tv,... More

Its very Simple - If your looking for polite owners, good food, cleanliness, comfort and a good sleep, DONT COME HERE. Obnoxious (male) owner, first place we've been that treated us more like army recruits than customers and barked rules, photographs 100% do not represent online pictures. And if you don't eat a sausage be prepared to be billed for... More

I stayed in a single room. It was clean, with my own shower and sink (shared toilet down the hall). I had my own TV, fresh towels daily, coffee and tea in room. Friendly owners. Great hot breakfast in the morning to start off a day of sightseeing for £5. There is a bus stop close by, and it takes... More

I stayed at this B&b( if you could call it that) Firstly when we checked in there was no welcome we were told the "rules" as it was put and told our room number. The walls were paper thin, you could hear their conversation in reception 2 floors down. The room was an attic with a bed and shower in... More

We stayed there for just two nights. Room was clean and tidy, and bed was comfortable with clean sheets. It was a bit noisy there since the walls were a bit thin and we could hear everything from the room next to us. Also it was a bit too far from the centre but there was a bus stop not... More

Me my Son & Daughter stayed here recently and I have to say even If it was cheap it was not a good stay at all, I would rather have paid the extra for a better B&B or Hotel, the greeting was terrible, was shown to our rooms, which shocked me orange walls etc, no loving is put into this... More

The greeting was less than warm, I don't think we got a single smile from the lady who "welcomed" us. The room was shocking, there were only a couple of places that we could actually stand up in. It wasn't a room, it was an attic -crawl space! I think it may be that some of the other rooms were... More

Firstly I understand why previous reviews may not be great but we found our stay to be pleasant, and more importantly cost effective. If you are expecting a luxurious hotel then find a 5* somewhere else. If you are looking for something cheap and cheerful with a bit of quirkiness then this is the perfect place. The reason we felt... More

We stayed at Parkview Lodge in May 2014. First, on the plus side, the cost of our stay compared well with other choices in Belfast. The location was also good. The lodge is located across the street from The Waterworks, a large park and reservoir that provides very pleasant surroundings. No staff were available when we arrived, but an envelope... More
