We enjoyed so much our 5 nights stay in Parkview B&B. Although the cold of February,It was warm inside, clean and quite. Breakfast was delicious, WiFi worked properly and the staff was very helpful. The view of the park and its lake is wonderful, there are also many Pubs and fast food only 5 minutes walking.

I booked two rooms in this establishment purely for my birthday night out in Belfast. Firstly we got a phone call at 3pm asking when we would be checking in because we had reserved the room on Bookings.com with an Amex card and her machine wouldn't take Amex. Basically she was worried we wouldn't turn up and she wouldn't get... More

a throwback to the 1950s. A notice headed 'House Rules' on the wardrobe, a TV that did not work, a musty smell in the room indicating that it hadn't been aired for weeks and a booking system that relied on mine host writing it down on a bit of A4 paper. The house was tired, scruffy and depressing. Alarmingly too,... More

Me & my mate stayed here because it was cheap and handy for our night out in Belfast. We were literally only in the room to sleep and then to gather up and leave in the morning. It is very cheap and very basic. The whole place is roughly put together - the stairs are noisy, the curtains and blinds... More

We spend in Parkview Lodge 2 nights during the first weekend of October 2014. Our room was on loft, was said that we will have bathroom but was just "a half bathroom", its mean shower cabin and hand sink, to toilet had to go down stairs in the corridor... Bed was squeaky, mounted on plastic clasps, was also small tv,... More

Its very Simple - If your looking for polite owners, good food, cleanliness, comfort and a good sleep, DONT COME HERE. Obnoxious (male) owner, first place we've been that treated us more like army recruits than customers and barked rules, photographs 100% do not represent online pictures. And if you don't eat a sausage be prepared to be billed for... More

I stayed in a single room. It was clean, with my own shower and sink (shared toilet down the hall). I had my own TV, fresh towels daily, coffee and tea in room. Friendly owners. Great hot breakfast in the morning to start off a day of sightseeing for £5. There is a bus stop close by, and it takes... More

I stayed at this B&b( if you could call it that) Firstly when we checked in there was no welcome we were told the "rules" as it was put and told our room number. The walls were paper thin, you could hear their conversation in reception 2 floors down. The room was an attic with a bed and shower in... More

We stayed there for just two nights. Room was clean and tidy, and bed was comfortable with clean sheets. It was a bit noisy there since the walls were a bit thin and we could hear everything from the room next to us. Also it was a bit too far from the centre but there was a bus stop not... More
