The Ravenhill Guesthouse is exactly the type of place I love to find in a new city and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. It was well located (not in the center of things but walkable and on a good bus route), comfortable (excellent beds!), the breakfasts were very tasty (the Vegetarian Soda was my favorite and Kippers... more

Our hosts were wonderful! We were greeted at the door, helped with our luggage, receiced great advice on where to eat nearby, and they even made sure to wake us up for a tour that we almost missed by sleeping through our alarm! In the morning, our delicious breakfast was waiting for us. Breakfast itself was incredible - the best... more

We drove up from Dublin for a 2 night stay and we are very happy that we decided to stay at the Ravenhill Guest House. Roger greeted us at the door by name which made us feel welcome. He then invited us in for a relaxing evening by the fire with hot tea and treats. The living room was beautiful... more

We have just had two wonderful nights at Ravenhill Guesthouse. We were greeted by Roger and a lovely open fire, nice pot of tea and shortbread. Our room was clean, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, fine quality produce. If you like granola you'll love Ravenhill. Roger and Olive are a lovely couple and nothing was too... more

I was doing all our bookings for Ireland via the Internet and I was beginning to despair that I would ever find a nice B&B in the Belfast area. I picked Ravenhill Guesthouse as a last resort, not expecting too much. Well did we strike it lucky. Such lovely people - Olive and Roger - and such a pleasant home.... more

Stayed for one night when in town for a concert. Greeted with coffee and shortbread in lounge, given map of city and given intructions on buses and good places to eat. Very friendly, I have stayed in a few B&B's around UK and this one is great, good clean rooms, clean bathroom (its the first thing I check whenever I... more

I enjoyed my brief stay. I was welcomed with a great cup of tea and suggestions for supper in the area. I enjoyed a nice walk in the neighbourhood - a nice quiet change from the busy day in downtown Belfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the sitting room and the stained glass in the stairwell.... more

We (wife and me) stayed there 1 night. We had trouble finding it as we requested directions via email but did not receive them (problem could be on our end). Olive talked us in and greeted us. She gave us suggestions for dinner also. Our room was a little dated, but clean. The bathroom was huge by B&B standards and... more

We were desperate. My son had qualified for the World's Irish Step Dancing Competition and the other B&B we had planned to stay in fell through. Olive (proprietor of the Ravenhill Guest House), replied to my desperate plea immediately and had just what we needed. A very lavish and warm home. Breakfast was delicious, bathrooms perfect, rooms large and comfortable.... more

I and my wife stayed the guest house and We really liked the service especially breakfast. We wanted to eat different from the menu and they behavior was really kind and serviced us what we want. I would like to also mention that last day we needed to wake up early morning before breakfast time but they serviced the breakfast... more
