We had two nights here, when we arrived we were greeted with a lovely cup of coffee and homemade shortbread biscuits. Olive took time to talk to us about restaurant options close by and what our plans were coming up to advise on travel times, transport options etc. This was greatly appreciated. There was another couple of ladies checking in... More

This was our most expensive B&B type accommodation on a short break to Northern Ireland but it was in Belfast. There is plenty of parking space and we were able to keep our car at the guesthouse until our afternoon departure. The welcome is warm, friendly and considerate with Olive doing her best to explain different options for our stay... More

We had a hurried stay in Belfast and, as others have written, regret not being able to stay at Ravenhill longer. Olive and Roger obviously pay close attention to every detail so everything is perfect: comfort, cleanliness, ambiance and food. It's a model for what a B&B should be.

Ravenhill Guesthouse has been our favorite place to stay of several during our visit to the island of Ireland. What makes it exceptional is the gracious way that hosts Olive and Roger make their guests feel very welcome. They booked for us a great black taxi tour that picked us up at the house. They recommended a couple of very... More

My only regret in coming to Ravenhill was only staying for two nights- by the time we were leaving, we were ready to move in! After a week of high-intensity travel in Paris, it was great to unwind in this charming, comfortable, beautiful B&B. The slight distance from the city center was originally a concern for us, but Ravenhill is... More

It took us twelve long years to return to Ravenhill Guesthouse in Belfast, and it was well worth the wait. Roger and Olive your congenial hosts, in one of the loveliest B&Bs in all of Belfast. Close to everything whether you walk, taxi or bus. A tasty Irish breakfast that always gets you on your way. In addition, king size... More

Nice stay we were in Belfast. Easy walk to town and Roger and Olive are very helpful and friendly. We arrived early before our room was ready and Roger took our luggage and had it in our room before we arrived back that evening. Good breakfast, nice rooms, good parking and nice house. Enjoyed our stay here and our time... More

All the usual expectations of a Guesthouse were fulfilled but with attention to detail. Olive made the most delicious breakfasts with a range of hot food not normally seen and presented beautifully by the unflappable Roger.

We can thoroughly recommend this B&B. Excellent rooms and comfortable lounge. Easy access from City Centre and local pubs and restaurants. Breakfast on each of the three days we stayed was of the highest quality so it is consistently good. I can usually find some fault in breakfasts but these were exceptionally good, I couldn't fault them at all. Very... More
