Although it's not central to the city centre, it's an easy location to get to by car, bus or taxi. There's free parking at rear or on quiet side street. Rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and fresh, and nicely decorated. Guest sitting room is home from home with roaring fire, comfy sofas, books and magazines. Friendly owners and a homely... More

From the moment you step inside you know this was a great choice. You are really treated like a real guest where you are warmly greeted by Olive who is ready to see to your every needs. You will not be disappointed with anything, Olive and Rodger have many years experience and it shows. Everything is perfect, the beautiful house... More

My wife and I stayed at the Ravenhill Guest House for 2 nights in late September. The B&B is in a great location for visiting Belfast – close to many restaurants & pubs in a lovely residential part of the city and is along a main road into the city center, convenient for public transit with free on-site parking available... Arrived early after a 04.30 start from Somerset. Room available at 10.00 with open fire in lounge and refreshments on offer. Service and welcome continued on this excellent level throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and had everything we required. Fresh towels every day plus very lovely cookies with tea and coffee in room. Breakfast... More

Thank you for your review, we're glad you had an enjoyable stay at Ravenhill House. It's good to know the new wood burning stoves in the sitting and breakfast rooms are appreciated. They certainly give a cosy start and end to a day of sightseeing in the wintry conditions. More

Extremely helpful owners gave me plenty of information before I arrived on a business trip. My initial welcome was a pot of tea and a fire in the hearth - ideal on a cold and dark December evening. The breakfast was delicious and hearty. I would thoroughly recommend this guesthouse.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights over a weekend. Roger was supremely accommodating; answering our questions and offering help. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, very healthy and well cooked. The room was spotless, quiet and perfectly accessorized for comfort and convenience. It's slightly outside of city centre but we were cabbing everywhere so it didn't make any difference... More

Greeted by a warm welcome and the offer of a hot drink. Nothing is too much trouble for Roger and Olive. The breakfast is brilliant and the home made sloe and apple jelly delicious. If in Belfast the only place I would consider staying

Warm welcome started before we even arrived. Lovely guesthouse that delivers everything you could wish for: friendly welcome (including hot drinks and shortbread), large rooms, very comfy bed, host who can recommend restaurants and book you a table, wonderful breakfasts with fresh ingredients, fully catered to my food allergies.

Excellent b&b in Belfast. It s located in a nice zone out of the centre (just 10' by bus N.7 or 30' on foot). Roger and Olive are very kind, the place is Lovely and clean and it was like sleeping at home :) Amazing breakfast! The perfect place!

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at Ravenhill Guesthouse and were very pleased. We were warmly greeted by Roger, who served us tea and cookies in front of the fire upon our arrival. It is a perfect location for visiting Belfast and surrounding region, with numerous excellent restaurants and pubs within a short walk. Our room, which overlooked... More
