Heard good reports from friends about this hotel, so decided to book it for a meal for myself and husband. We both had a gorgeous meal, service was excellent and staff very friendly. Great atmosphere in the bar but hotel also offered a quite, relaxing environment in main lobby. The manageress was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us,... More

Booked for 2 nights. Looked ok as we drove up. Receptionist was pleasant and informative. Room was appalling. Very basic. No towels. Bathroom door didn't close, window latches were broken so traffic noise very loud. Old fashioned portable tv with poor reception and very few channels. Two tiny milk pots in a twin room! Bathroom taps didn't match. Even the... More

My family and I had visited Belfast for the half marathon and stayed here on the Saturday night. Was glad I was going home in the morning. No one showed us to our room and there was a public bar/nightclub downstairs which played music until early hours of the morning. We left before breakfast because we just didn't want anymore... More

We were visiting Belfast for a few days and had called into this hotel for a bite to eat with my husband and my two young daughters. We were told to take a seat anywhere since the place was quiet and someone would be with us shortly with menus. we had a look around the place while we waited which... More

Had a lovely stay here as we came over the worlds strongest man competition. Rooms are clean and bright and the location was great as it's only a 10 minute train journey to the city centre. We stayed with another couple. Food was great and we ate late one evening however this was no problem and the manager (Richard) went... More
