In an age of plastic clone hotels , a hotel in which human warmth exudes really makes it stand out from the crowds Watch out for the wines by the bottle . Unfortunately I was on my own so could not take advantage but good bottles for twenty quid sounded reasonable in the brasserie below Lasting memory though will be... More

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and no matter where i look in belfast for alternative accommodation I always find myself coming back to the Cresent. Great location, cafes, restaurants, transport etc. free parking on the street. Botannic gardens and Queens are close by and a great way to clear the head for a walk after... More

Beautiful hotel, a minutes walk to Botanic train station and about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the City Centre. I don't think I've ever been at the hotel with such friendly staff. The manager, receptionist, bar staff and night porter all were friendly and nice and made sure we were having a great stay. We had breakfast and... More

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and staff were so friendly. Stayed for their Empire package which was brilliant value. Dinner in their award winning restaurant was amazing and the breakfast just as good.definately recommended so don't look past this hotel!

My friend and I were shopping in Belfast and decided to book an overnight stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location for both the shops and nightlife. Walkable distance to both. Our room was nice, the beds were comfortable. There were 2 bottles of complimentary water for drinking. The staff were friendly enough. The bathroom was... More

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in march this year. The location was wonderful, with short walking distance to cafes, pubs and the city center. The botantic railway station straight over the street, and bus stop 20 meters outside of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Large and clean rooms, though the room I got was a... More

A nice hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are huge - and the breakfast is very good. But I had a room facing the street, and screaming drunk people kept me awake the first night. The second night I bought earplugs which helped a lot. Another thing was that the heating was not on when I arrived, and the temperature was... More

I stayed there 4 weeks ago (on the 7th February 2013) and had a bad experience. When me and my friend arrived the reception was empty, and we waited on someone showing up in reception for about 7/8 mins before having to nip into the adjoining bar and summon the barman, who seemed to be doing BOTH jobs at once.... This was my second stay at the Crescent Town House. Last time was overnight, this time I stayed 4 nights on a B&B basis. Warm and friendly staff on reception and in the Metro Restaurant (where breakfast is served for residents and is a popular quality dining venue for Lunch & Evening meals). Rooms are well appointed, there's a lovely... More

Lovely little hotel, rooms not bad clean and tidy nice comfortable bed restaurant very good staff friendly parking is on the street and is payable through meters which is a bit of a pain as you have to jump early next morning and feed them but that said we will be staying again soon no problem
