Stayed here for a weekend and had nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff were all lovely, the food was really nice and so we're the cocktails. The live music in the bar was great. It's only abut a 20 minute walk to the city centre and there are two shops Ightfield across the road one which is 24... More

This place does not have a parking lot attached to the hotel. I had to parallel park in front of it. I have not parallel parking in over a decade, let alone in a foreign country – a first for me. The doors are automatic, and when you walk in you are standing in a small lobby with 3 ways... More

my partner and I stayed here for 2 nights mid August. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location - 15 mins walk in to town and 15 mins walk to the University quarter. Room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. We highly recommend this hotel. Margaret from Dublin

The only downside to the hotel I found was that there were no lifts and the stairs are quite steep. The noise from the nearby night club did last until well into the wee hours but then it was a weekend.

Service provided by Pauline and John was top notch. The location is great, especially if you are visiting the university or the botanic gardens. If not, the city center is only a 10 - 15 minute walk. Breakfast was also highly enjoyable - it was nice to be able to get an omelet vs. the normal scrambled egg fair.

Stayed here for two nights in July. Before we arrived, I contacted the hotel and the organised a taxi to collect us from the airport as we arrive quite late. We flew into Belfast international airport, it's about 25 mins away from the city, would recommend that you went to city airport much nearer and cheaper in a taxi. It... More

This is centrally located hotel 100 ft from Botanic Train Station and with reasonable prize Tag. There are many eateries and one of the best Pub nearby which make this property a good deal and value for money. They provide good service and in a minute Taxi/Bus connection or even you can walk to Europa Bus Station or Belfast Central... More

Here are some good and bad points to consider:- Good - great staff on reception and in the restaurant - room 101 was spacious with good wardrobe space - good location - only 10 mins from the Europa bus station where the no 300 bus drops you off from Belfast international or the 600 from Belfast City . Botanic train... More

Nice hotel, old but modernized, no lift so not accessible for the elderly easily. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, tea coffee in bedroom. Nice bar downstairs with excellent friendly staff one of them even made up a special cocktail for my partner. Choice for breakfast is Ulster fry, omelet or pancakes. BUT and it is quiet a big but. It is probably the... More

I really liked this place, rooms were nice, university area so a good vibe. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the cocktails in the bar were great. Only slight downside was that it was a bit noisy from students on the street at 2am. Overall would recommend this place and I would stay again if in Belfast.
