We booked a table for 7 people in their Restaurant for 8th October we were having visitors from Scotland and had just collected them at City Airport. We arrived about 10 minutes early and found the restaurant in Darkness. The Bar manager advised that there was not sufficient bookings to Open. We were shown to two tables in the Bar and... More

This is actually a great smallish hotel located close to the City Airport. The surrounding neighborhood has a number of good looking dining choices. The staff were most hrlpful. The room we had was clean and spacious. The room decor is ... ummm .... well ... ahhh ... unique ... something out of a set from an Austin Powers movie.... More

A two day trip to Ulster with a group to watch rugby, this hotel is easily accesable from the ferry port and is a short taxi ride from all the main attractions and of course the rugby. the food and room in the hotel was excellent, not the most expensive hotel i have stayed in but the atmosphere and quality... The lounge bar is very small and seem to be packed with locals. The bar staff very slow in serving drinks. The restarunt very-spacious. The staff and waiting staff very professional. Food outstanding and good value. Drinks cheaply price. Rooms very bright and cheerful and comfortable. Would stay in again. As one a family run hotel in east Belfast close... More

I've stayed in this hotel a few times this month. I love how relaxed it is and welcoming the reception staff are. This weekend I was upgraded to the fabulous wedding suite - it really was such a lovely room and the reception staff are just flexible and welcoming. Breakfast staff are really attentive as are staff in the bar... More

I have stayed here on quite a few occassions mostly on their fizzy friday deal, which is excellent value! The rooms are lovely and some are really quirky, food is delicious and always of a high standard, looking forward to our next visit :-)

Excellent couple of nights at the Park Ave. Everything was first class. We had room 106 (on an upgrade) and it was superb. Unusual décor, with great room facilities and a cracking shower. All of the above was arranged by LINZI BRADY - she was happy to assist us with our stay, and she is an asset to Park Ave... More

We stayed for 4 nights as part of a coach party. First the good bits. The room was excellent. Clean. Of good size. Everything worked. The quality of the food in the restaurant was high and the portions were more than ample. Now the bad bit. On the first night we were given a specific time for dinner and duly... More

I can't believe that bad experience report.everything at Park Avenue is perfect. The smallest request was attended to immediately by the very friendly, efficient staff. The food is delicious, though far too much for my appetite. The room is modern, and comfortable, with an enormous bed.Cleanliness is a priority in all areas, and I got the feeling that the staff were all happy to be in this family-run...
