Myself, partner and two sons stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family. We had two rooms both rooms were surprising spacious, had a modern design and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the food was very good, particularly the 'Ulster fry'. The hotel is in an ideal location for the city centre, just a 5... More

Staff at the hotel upgraded my room for half the price on request and also helped to organise to have flowers at my room upon arrival. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and warm. The only fault was the music from downstairs could be heard from my 1st floor room but was over at 1am.

Super service and very comfortable room. Staff are friendly and helpful in a way uncommon in Northern Ireland. We checked in hours before the stated time and it was no problem! They even took our heavy luggage to the room for us. Great value in a lovely part of Belfast that deserves to be given a chance by visitors. Top... More

A review of the hotel restaurant ......... We visited the Park Avenue Hotel for a family event on Sunday. The level of customer service we received was excellent. The food was lovely - as always - and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. My niece has a diary allergy and the kitchen catered for her without a problem. Very... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, myself, my husband and our 2 children aged 21 months and 3 months. The Room we stayed In, 207, was a good size and eventhough there was 4 of us it did not feel cramped. Only complaint I'd have about the room is that it was very warm and the AC didn't... More

Once again business took me back to Belfast and another great stay at the Park Avenue Hotel. The experience from check in to check out is very professional but also very friendly. The Hotel is spotless as are the rooms. The only disappointment was the restaurant was shut on both nights I stayed but the bar meals are very good... More

Clean, comfortable with friendly, efficient staff. Hidden away from the healthy option are a few smokers rooms, always welcomed! Good food and a nice breakfast. What else do you require? Third time staying there on business and will happliy use the hotel again when in Belfast.

Good location, close to Belfast City Airport, as well as city centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant in bar. Excellent breakfast in dining room. Room very spacious, comfortable bed, roomy, well designed bathroom. Plenty of on-site parking. Good price, that included tickets to Titanic Experience & 2 free drinks, as well as breakfast. Definitely recommended.
