We decided to stay at the hotel , as we stayed before over a year ago and were very impressed. Staff were very nice at reception and at breakfast , we didn't have dinner at the hotel. Room was lovely and clean and very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi very handy and good reception throughout the hotel... More

Stayed here on business and would recommend to others hence my 5 star rating. The room was spacious with a desk and a small table, the bed was very large and comfortable and the room was quiet. Everything worked as you would expect and the free WiFi was a bonus. I made use of the small 'gym' - it's only... More

Booked an executive room for valentines as it was nice and funky. Real let down especially with the price i paid, so expensive. Got a plain, dated interior room.. Bed and pillows were so uncomfy, tv at the bath didnt work. I've stayed somewhere nicer in belfast for alot less. Atmosphere was...boring. Thought there would be more life in the... More

Pleasant hotel, rooms clean and serviced well, main restaurant as you would expect & efficient staff, bistro restaurant not so, food arrived within 3 minutes of ordering and was returned as was only luke warm, returned nuked and welded to the plate, ate elsewhere after that. Front desk helpful and we enjoyed our stay in east Belfast.

Stayed here Thursday night on business. This was a pleasant experience, deducted 1 Star because the restaurant was closed, can happen! Very efficient and friendly staff, easy parking, ate in the bar, food was nice. The rooms are modern, wifi was quite good, the bar lacked atmosphere but perhaps may be better at the weekend. Very close to Belfast City... More

For my husbands birthday I decided on a return visit to The Park Avenue hotel, this time we took our friends. As usual the staff where both Pleasant and helpful, they gave us upgrades to superior rooms which were fabulous:-)a nice treat for all. The bar food was a little pricey but nice. Breakfast was very good and the waitress... More

Lunch served in the bar area is good value, with a varied menu and speedy service. Seating is comfortable. Worth visiting. They have a dining room too but have not eaten there. Ample car parking in the grounds which is free.

We stayed for two nights 28 & 29 December in an Executive room on the hotel's Titantic experience, bed and breakfast. We arrived on the Sunday afternoon and were professionally greeted at reception and directed to our room which was lovely, clean, spacious and a very nice bathroom with TV. We had pre booked Sunday Lunch for 4pm and it... More
