Very convenient location near City Airport and close to the City. Staff are friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We organised a family lunch by email and everything went perfectly with very good generous meals. Good value for money. More

A lovely, clean, nicely situated hotel on the outskirts of Belfast. We stayed here for 3 nights and the service from the staff from arrival to departure was excellent. This is our 2nd stay at the Park Avenue Hotel this year, the hotel rooms are immaculate, spacious, cosy and finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was beautiful, recommend the full Ulster fry, great way to start the day. The receptionists are so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. More
