Disappointed with price and condition of room. All handles on windows in room 208 were loose. Bathroom was not clean and lacked extra items e.g samples of shampoo and shower gel only a small sample of soap available. Although noisey it was not a problem as the location is very convenient. more

Helpful staff at front desk but there it ends! We were given key to room 407...it stank of cigarettes...like being inside an ashtray. Very apologetic girl at reception gave us key to room 608...much better so we accepted and settled in. Staff at reception were not very welcoming upon check in and especially when checking out! Stayed here night after concert. Brilliant location if you haven't a car. Basic rooms- a little noisy but bring earplugs and its fine. Receptionist efficient . Bed very comfy. For the money excellent and would use it again. more
