Booked this hotel based on other reviews and we weren't disappointed. We came over by ferry and were able to use our rooms as soon as we arrived, which was a bonus. There was parking at the hotel, but it did get quite full so a bit of manoeuvring was required at times. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast excellent and... More

This is not a "boutique" hotel, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped, and its location with welcome off-street parking is convenient for a visit to Belfast. But it really shouldn't be claiming to have the best breakfast in the city with an "extensive" buffet. The reality is quite different, as it actually offers a rather disappointing breakfast:... More

My mother, daughter and I spent one night at Marantha House when passing through Belfast. We had gone with reviews and descriptions online and admittedly were a bit disappointed. The hotel was quaint but certainly not what I would consider luxury. Our triple room was quite large and certainly clean but a bit dated. The breakfast was good. Overall, I... More

Marion offers top class hospitality in this 5 star accommodation and her breakfast is hard to beat. Free wifi didn't work so good. Beds are super comfortable! Rooms are to hotel standards! The bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel. Rooms have great beds, tea, coffee, biscuits, water. Floors can be creaky bit that is expected from a house. I left... More

This was my second stay and the first for my wife. It came up to her expectations after I told her how much I had enjoyed my first visit. Once again the room was very well equipped (including ironing board, iron and hair dryer) as well as the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent. On the second morning... My single room was clean and well equipped with a hair drier, iron and ironing boards plus quite large television and tea and coffee making facilities. The wet room was large with a good shower. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The house is within walking distance of the city centre. A welcoming house with large visitors' sitting room.

We stayed two nights at this very comfortable B&B: once on the way out and once on the way back. The room, beds and bathroom were top quality. The breakfast was fresh and well cooked. But most of all the manager Marion was very very helpful and obliging. She helped store our pedal bikes in the secure back yard and,... More

A fantastic experience, I normally stay at hotels but now I've been here and had the 1st class treatment that I had, i'm converted. The location is a little way from the centre but there is a nice park and for me it was an ideal location.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while traveling in Ireland with my family. The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy and in the perfect location to walk to attractions. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious! No complaints! A gem of a B&B in the area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in... More
