We had a lovely one night stay at Marantha, gorgeous room, great hospitality and very convenient for the city centre. Lots of little extras too, toiletries, tea making facilities as well as a yummy selection for breakfast. Would recommend.

Just come back from my second stay there. Quiet, comfortable, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - particularly Marian who remembered me from last time. I was in a huge room this time despite travelling on my own and as I was still paying single room rate that was fine by me!

Was over for the Pro12 Rugby Union final in May 2015. Great welcome, nothing too much trouble. Nice, quiet and clean rooms. Good facilities in the room. Great breakfast. Staff were superb. Stayed with no.2 son who was well catered for and enjoyed the TV and wifi.

Great value for your money; the service is excellent; the rooms are clean and comfortable; the hotel is quiet; close to the city center; and the breakfast is excellent. A refreshing alternative to a large busy hotel.

Pros: the staff, especially Ann and Marian, were extremely courteous and welcoming. They let me check in early and upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious with excellent water pressure and heat in the shower. Lots of great choices for breakfast, including vegetarian options. Across the street from a park and near local restaurants. Cons: if you're a light... More

We have just had a beautiful stay at this guest house and we would find it very hard to go elsewhere next time we visit Belfast. The manager Marian and her husband are both friendly and helpful beyond belief. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfortable beds and a nice breakfast.

I stayed here for one night o a business trip - Marion was a lovely host and she did a cracking Ulster Fry. I would also agree with other posters that my room was hotel standard. Throughly recommended.

Probably the best guest house I've stayed in. Breakfast was great and the soda and potato bread is amazing! Very nice and clean room, ours was a very nice size and very comfy large bed :) only 20 min walk from city centre so it's a great location too!
