A more accomodating host you could not wish for. Clean, tidy and homely surroundings. Value for money and a hearty breakfast to send us on our way. We would happily recommend this to anyone. Sol & Kate. more

This is a lovely house, inside and outside. I stayed in a small room on the top floor just this past weekend. For this smaller room it was only £40/night. Colleagues of mine stayed at Days Hotel and didn't have as nice a rest and breakfast as I had, for double the price. The owner was lovely, and I enjoyed... more

We were greeted at the door by Nat - a hard working, spry, elderly gentleman. Nat's initial demeanor was formal, but he warmed up quickly and became charming, with a delightful sense of humor. He gave us a brief tour of his nicely decorated, beautiful home with large rooms and 12 foot ceilings. The room that we stayed in was... more

I was a little wary of staying here based on the other reviews I read. People had mentioned that the proprietor was rude and not very hospitable. My encounter with him was entirely the opposite. He was very nice and greeted us upon arrival. He gave us some tips of how to get in to the main part of town,... more

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights, we chose to stay at this particular one as one of us had stayed here some years previously and was very impressed with it. When we arrived, the elderly man who greeted us at the door was not overly friendly. The room was spacious but it was quite cold even though the... more

For the price I think this is a great B&B. I was staying by myself so was apprehensive when the owner said that I had the small single at the top of the house. I assume he said it was small because the other rooms are so big as it was more than adequate. The room was an odd shape... more

We stayed at the Marine Guest House when we flew into and out of Belfast on a family vacation, so we booked two rooms and stayed there two different times. Though the furnishings are a little tired and worn, our rooms were clean, the service was fine and it was quiet in the evenings. The location is good with many... more

Broadly agree with the three previous reviews. The owner certainly could do with a spell in charm school. Doesn't seem to enjoy his job and customer satisfaction is not top of his agenda. Room quite good. Location excellent. Not in a hurry back. more

I had a horrible experience at this b&b. I was booked in for two nights. The room was not up to standard at all and the owner of the b&b was rude from the offset. On the second day I received a phone call that I couldn't stay for another night and to get my stuff out of the room,... more
