We were guided here by the experience of prior Tripadvisees, and we were not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly -- and let us check in at 8:30 a.m. when we arrived early from the airport. The hotel is a bit south of Central city--about a 15 minute walk--in fact we walked all the way to the Titanic... More

We stayed here for one night.Superbly appointed spacious rooms, great from comfortable bed right down to the nespresso coffees. Fabulous staff who were willing to share ideas for our short stay. If ever in Belfast again, this is our stop!

Tara Lodge is managed the way all hotels should be. The staff are friendly, professional and unobtrusive and nothing is too much trouble. The bed is comfortable and the room though small is well designed and spotless. The breakfast is very tasty and made fresh to order. The only drawback is that the university area can be a bit noisy... More

Stayed Friday 19th. Staff friendly and really helpful. A wonderful find. I agree to the previous comment about porridge. Wonderful. However the website states secure parking. What it should say is limited secure parking. Misleading.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with friends while socialising in the city and it was faultless! The staff are fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotless and had everything we needed and more. It is within walking distance to a variety of nightlife so no need for taxis. Our breakfast was amazing, the porridge is unbelievable!... More

Stayed one night at Tara Lodge and had a lovely relaxing time. Well appointed rooms with, important for me, lots of tea and coffee! Breakfast was fantastic, staff were great, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Only issue was parking. Car park small and local street parking seemed safe but very busy. All in all, highly recommended! Craig Smith, Glasgow

A well appointed hotel, clean, with helpful friendly staff. A 15 minute walk to the city centre and many good restaurants close by. Breakfast was very good, cooked when ordered. Rooms were very well equipped although some were very small.

The hotel staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to make sure your stay is fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The hotel is a little walk away from the city centre but not too far to cause concern. Overall an excellent hotel and will stay there again if go back to belfast!!

Tara Lodge just got even better with improved wifi! No more re-logging on, improved signal, and faster. Thanks to Pauline, Colin, Ricky, Sinead, and all the staff for a lovely stay. I just don't know what they can do next to make any improvements.

This was my second visit to this hotel and it was as good as the last. Fantastic friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful and informative. Rooms are cosy and very warm. City centre is a 10 min walk, passing the xmas markets on the way. Safe secure off street parking is also a bonus as... More
