Welcomed by Host and shown to a beautiful quiet room, which was spotlessly clean! Separate toilet and bathroom, again spotless, but the house is so quiet it wasn't a problem. Own key for re-entry!
Decorated in elegant Edwardian style in a side street between Wellington park Hotel and Lisburn road. Very convenient to Museum and Botanic Gardens. Many good restaurants...

We stayed 6 nights in the beginning of April 2012 for the World Irish Dancing Championships. Mom, Dad, a college age child and a 12 year old. The location was an easy bus ride, cheap taxi ride (~GBP5), or walk to downtown. There are MANY good restaurants nearby. Barking Dog was our favorite. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Next...

We stayed here for all five nights that we were in Belfast. The Camera Guest house is in a great location and on a bus line for an additional transportation option. The House was very clean and all of the employees were so very nice! The traditional Irish breakfast was delicious, too! The ensuite shower was a little awkward as...

Excellent value & location. The rooms were clean & spacious and the breakfast freshly cooked to order. The host makes this B&B - she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & upgraded my father to a larger room (because they weren't at full capacity). I'd stay here again if I return to Belfast.

Had never been to Northern Ireland before and was faced with working here for several weeks. Booked into Camera Guesthouse just for 3 nights initially as I was unsure of the whole area and where best to stay.
After 2 nights I decided that the location was great for access to Belfast as well as the surrounding country where I...

This was our first trip to Belfast. My wife and I chose the Camera House based on the description in Rick Steve's book on Ireland and we weren't disappointed. Our hosts Danny and Miriam went out of their way to help us identify the key sites to see, find good restaurants and make us feel at home. Miriam's cooking is...

After a very disappointing weekend in Dublin... My fiancé and I arrived in Belfast with the hope of rejuvenation. After a few knocks on the door, two friendly, smiling faces answered and welcomed us in. The Camera Guesthouse was truly a breath of fresh air. Danny and Miriam showed us around and brought us to our room. A very clean,...

I'll start with the good parts about this B&B: it's in a nice location with ample street parking, it has a great history to it, and the owners are wonderful. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch our flight and they set us up with breakfast so that we didn't have to leave without food. The...

Many thanks for your positive comments. Despite it not being reflected in the overall score, or in the review headline, we're happy that you enjoyed almost every aspect of your stay at Camera Guest House. Whilst we're very sorry to read that you found the bed uncomfortable (which has now been replaced), it should be noted that we were not...
