This guest house was a great place to stay -

The first positive thing was the staff's attitude towards late arrivals: they're often not possible at guesthouses, but here they arranged for our keys to be waiting at a safe at the entrance, very convenient.
The room was very comfortable, spacious and with plenty of natural light coming in through the ample windows.
Breakfast was quite good, especially the freshly-prepared...

I have never stayed in a B & B before so I was not entirely sure what to expect. On arrival at 4pm, clearly exhausted we were ushered to a parlour type room and offered hot drinks. I wanted to go to the room but there was some delaying going on and the kids seemed happy to be offered hot...

Very pleased with what we got. Room was comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Breakfast more than adequate. Closer to town than...

There was no cozy guest or B&B feeling at Pearlcourt. Rooms were tiny, rundown, shower was either too hot or too cold. Arrived and rather than giving us a welcome it was here are your keys. Bed was worn, room had no window, but heat was cranked up and we had to ask for it to be turned down, repeatedly....

We arrived here for a mistake, as the hostel where we were actually supposed to be made a mess with our booking and upgraded us to here. Clean guesthouse, warm people and very good continental/englisj breakfast.
Highly recommended!

I read a few of the complaints on here. It really does show that you really can't please everyone. You really do wonder where some people get their expectations from.
My Girlfriend and I stayed in the Pearl court for two nights in September 2011 to see a gig in Belfast and to do some sightseeing. We had booked a...

We very much enjoyed our visit to the Pearl Court on the Malone Rd, Belfast; lovely people, and really well located for Queen's University and the museum. There is a bus stop right outside the door.
