Pearl Court Guesthouse is a nice little place about 15-20 minutes walk from the Belfast city centre. It was a slightly mixed experience for us but overall it was an enjoyable one. Pros: - its only a short walk from a range of pubs, cafes and restaurants so you have a number of options for eating out. - walking distance... More

I stayed here for a weekend in Belfast. The location was good for me, just a 10-15 minute walk to the City Centre. The staff were lovely, room was comfortable and clean, good choice for breakfast. I recommend!!

You will get what you pay for with regards to this accommodation. The rooms are relatively small and is relative to a Victorian style house. Lots of stairs and with various guests keeping various hours, the traffic on the creaking stairs is a bit annoying. Walls are also very thin and you can hear the conversations of guests in adjoining... More

The Pearl was a good place to stay for the night but when we were there school was just back in, or so we were told, and the street. Noise from the bar goers could be heard in the room. Nice thing, the bars don't stay open as long so the noise ended earlier than we expected. Breakfast was great... More

This is a review for apartment 3. Not the guesthouse. Pros. Excellent location: walking distance to city centre. Size. Very spacious. Quiet. Price. You pay for what you get. Cons. One toilet for up to 7 people; a major problem! Shower room very, very, very smelly (sewage?) Owner tried to have it sorted but still it still stank. Poor WIFI... More

A very warm welcome when we arrived, pot of coffee with toast and pancakes. A tall house with rooms on 4 floors, no lift. Warm, homely, breakfast included. Free Wi-Fi and access to a printer if you need to print your boarding pass. Helpful, friendly staff. A really good location very close the Queens University and the botanic gardens. Shops... More

Good value for money and an excellent location - about 15 - 20 mins walk to town, lots of restaurants within a short walk, parking nearby and the botanic gardens and Queens on your doorstep . Breakfasts were very good and room comfortable.

My room was great comfortable, staff was friendly, left great instructions to me as I checking in at an odd hour. Breakfast was varied. The biggest thing was the location on Malone easy to get on bus or hop on hop off tour. WI'll stay on my next trip to belfast

We stayed as a family of 4 in the very spacious downstairs flat. We were able to cook our own meal and eat in the separate kitchen. Be careful of the hot water - it was very hot! There is plenty of free parking up the side street.

Very nice place. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center and the rooms and amenities were very good. It is also a quick walk to Queens College. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Certainly a good deal for the price.
