I only had one night here and sad to say it was enough, for the price of the accommodation I expected better. Up three flights of stairs to a decrepit room with woodchip wallpaper and anaglypta stained ceilings. A sink with no plug, and milk on the coffee tray that was actually ood. Aren't these things long life?! The breakfast... More

Good value for a non-hotel B&B style guesthouse. We chose for proximity to downtown for a one night 2 day visit to Belfast. Located by Queens University along the Sightseeing bus route (if only we had seen it across from our Stop, and not walked a mile past in a lashing Irish rain!). Except for climb up 3 flights of... The room was small but we had everything we needed! The location is great for a tour through the city since you are very close to the Queen's University. Also local Pubs are not far. Anyway, we had a quiet night! The breakfast offered a good selection! The staff was very friendly and helpful and also organized for us to... More

We were nicely welcomed by Silvy(hope I spelled that right, my apologies if I didn't). Since we arrived early our room wasn't ready. But we were shown around and Silvy explained everything for us. We could leave our luggage in the B+B and so we were free to go and explore Belfast. Once we returned our luggage was already in... More

I spent three nights at the Pearl Court in May. When I arrived nobody was there, but I got excellent instructions on how to get my key from their outdoor safe. I had room no 4 a single room. The walls needs some fresh paint and the furniture a bit out of date. The bed was comfortable and the heater... More

This guesthouse is located in a calm, sedate area of Belfast, a fair (but not too onerous) walk from the city centre. The hostess was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and the room was tastefully furnished and well equipped. Breakfast was very good as far as it went, but the possibility of more in the way of cooked breakfast ingredients would... More

We stayed here for 1 night. This is an old building made into a b&b, so rooms are adjusted to fit in the number of beds. The decor and bedroom furniture is a wee bit tired, but then what do you get from low cost accommodation? The room was clean enough, although I would prefer not to have the dusty... More

I needed an overnight room, south of the city, for an early morning Visa appointment at the US Consulate - this fitted the bill perfectly - 25 minutes walk from the bus centre in the middle of town (bus takes 40 minutes from Belfast International Airport) and also 25 minutes walk from the US Consulate. Online booking was v straightforward... More

I stayed here for one night rather than try to get a taxi home on one of Belfast's black Fridays. The location is perfect with three of Belfast's best pubs within 2 minutes walk, those being the Bot , Egg and Welly Park. The bus stop in to city centre is 30 seconds away and the bus which costs £1.90... More

Stayed at the guest-house for two days recently and at first thought the location was quite far out from the city centre but really, it was a 25 minute walk, down a straight road so the location was actually fine! Room was neat and tidy, only downfall from the room was it didn't heat up very well, even with the... More
